You went to Bui Vien too early. It's just a normal street during day. The place comes alive at night when it gets wild and loud.

Vietnam is very close to China. It only takes one hour to fly to China. Hong Kong, Shanghai and Shenzhen are all modern big cities in China. You should visit the big cities in China.
