hey ummmm when i was playing gta vice city i traveled to the Mendez Mansion on day time and i saw a thief the model of the thief was like the thiefs that destroyed Tommy s deal at the beggining and when the thief saw me he didn t do anything he just crouched and when i hit him with fists he killed me with an uzi is this normal? and i restarted the game and i got back to the Mendez Mansion and i killed the thief as revenge and he dropped 3 milion dollars i think that this might be an spoiler about the last mission
Ok so, you restarted the game to kill the NPC and he gave you 3 million in cash. ok look that’s not possible the game doesn’t save or render the same NPCs after a restart.
