The first time I saw a shelter like this was in a Soviet movie called "Derzu". Derzu who was a native Siberian hunter saved his life and his friend by creating a shelter like this surviving a windy and stormy night, like the kinds you experience in Siberian windy flat lands.😊 Probably having a few sticks of candle might also help to create some heat under your wool blanket pulled over your head like a Tippie inside the shelter.

Build a reflector on the other side of the fire. It will direct heat into the shelter. You had the tools and the time.

The Mullet is still alive. Long live Mullet!
That is not a mullet. Its just a half pony tail. A mullet is when you cut all the hair off the sides of the head and leave a bunch in the back. This guys probably has this style of hair to keep his neck warm.

@@bekf2240 Look, I lived in Thurmont, MD (Mullet Capitol of the World) for two years. I know mullets, and this one meets the primary requirement. Business in the front, party in the back. It's a mullet.

I’m having a tough time believing that he can stand to be in the cold-14 degrees without a head cap, without a thick jacket because last month, where I live, we had-10 degrees and I could not stand being outside trying to shovel a thin snow in my driveway because the cold penetrated my thick gloves and thick jacket, I then felt the aftermath a few days later with what I considered to be first degree frost bite. But, I’m still watching and I like the channel.
