When I first watched this show I was so impressed how they had two finales with a similar all out fight and it still wasn’t boring. Then fighting in the house was top tier.

Thought this show was gonna be trash when it first came out, I gave it a try and got hooked. Great writing and the corniness works within this universe. You guys are in for a treat for season 4
No for real, i didnt much care for the karate kid films.. The only reason i started this was blind wave started it.. And theyre normally pretty good at reacting to "good shit" so i figured one ep wouldnt kill me.. Now im obsessed 😂

This episode was purely amazing from hawk switching sides to Miguel truly showing just how skilled he is I swear it was so amazing and the comparison with Barnes vs Larusso and Sam vs tory really made that battle so much better
This finale was just as nasty as the last finale! When they threw him through the window!? I screamed 💀.

The only thing I don't like about this finale is that they used the same resource of the flashback speach with the slowmo FOUR times, with Hawk, Sam, Miguel and Daniel, it really got annoying. Other than that, it's great.

Season 4 sure helped, but from this episode onwards. As an actual character and not just being badass, Hawk became my favorite.

Season 3 proved that John Kreese is a cold, calculating, and completely ruthless madman.
Season 4 will prove that Terry Silver is a cruel, unhinged, and totally psychopathic madman.
Kreese may be calculating but he's also insane. A sane person would be able to see a plan through to its conclusion. Kreese was about to f up the agreement not to fight till the tournament and void the whole thing. Terry is like Lex Luther to Kreese's Joker. Kreese is good at manipulating people in the moment but long term he doesn't think his plans through the way Terry does.
Ali was the reason Daniel and Johnny became rivals in Karate Kid and now she s the reason they become friends/frenemies in Cobra Kai.
she's too powerful to stay in the show, they only put her in one movie or one season at a time or else she'll solve all their problems 💀

Hawk always knew that Cobra Kai under Kreese was so different and wrong. But he pulled through when he was needed most.

Nobody says Tori is innocent, people just have a problem with the show treating Sam like SHES innocent. Tori always gets consequences for her actions and gets vilified while until season 4 Sam is treated like the hero even though she literally started just as much shit as Tori.

I binge watched this series in one day couldn't stop watching after episode 1 this was great
Funny story, I discovered and watched all of S1 to S3 of Cobra Kai in 3 days (Dec 28 - 30) and imagine my surprise when season 4 came out *literally* the day after (Dec 31) I finished the other seasons. I ended watching the whole season on that one day and Robby vs Eli became a memorable new years celebration in my books.
I knew you guys were gonna enjoy reacting to this finale, and you guys didn't disappoint 🔥🔥🔥🔥

The thing I like is that the wife is now with the shits cuz she sees how fucked up the whole thing was and how traumatizing it is for every party involved. There’s no just getting over it cuz you’re adults, it’s getting triggered and reacting instead of responding at every turn. Kreese’s narcissistic manipulation is top tere. He knows just how to play Johnny and Daniel and the people they care about. The best thing any of these adults could’ve done is move to get away from triggering environments and people. With the end of the Kreese flashbacks, I want to mention how I'm not convinced that Kreese didn't make up/exaggerate portions of that story. I think it is much more believable that he's choosing to remember things in that particular way to avoid facing the guilt of what he's done. I find it far more believable than all the bizarre circumstances that would've had to occur for him to wind up where he was. Joining the Green Berets while already deployed overseas as a private, the comments made by the colonel, and the parts he wasn't there for but somehow remembered. Kreese probably chooses to add those embellishments, like he did when telling war stories, because it's too painful to remember what really happened.
It's not like Kreese is telling this story to anyone. At best, his personal recollection may be affected by the intense emotions of the time, but since the flashbacks are presented from an omnisicent point of view, we have no reason to doubt it.
"They've got the girls fighting whole grown boys" they've been doing that since the beginning. There's no gender categories in assault and battery.
