I met a guy to buy it for 50€ first thing I noticed was the power button, since I had the flip 5 I knew it was really smooth, on the fake otherwise is really clicky and a bit harder to press. Also this fake one had radio once I was pairing it!😂 And as you can see in the video the bass thing is shiny and low quality, the real one you can feel it has nice feeling texture on both sides. But I don’t remember it to have the usb slot tbh
Also last thing that’s more clear is the logo, replicas are just one color, the original JBL in the front has also orange details in the black one for example

I didn't check to be honest. The original is enough for 2 whole days. More than 12 hours. Ofcourse is depend for how loud the music is.
