- Kumud Mishra is an Indian actor in Hindi cinema. He mainly plays supporting roles in movies, television series, and web series but has also played lead roles in some of them.
He played Eknath, a trade union leader in the 1995 Doordarshan drama Swabhimaan. In 2011, he progressed to film acting with Rishi Kapoor and Ranbir Kapoor's films Patiala House and Rockstar
Mishra has played supporting roles in the films Filmistaan, Revolver Rani, Jolly LLB 2, Raanjhanaa, Badlapur, Bangistan, Airlift, M. S. Dhoni: The Untold Story, Sultan, Tiger Zinda Hai, Rukh, Aiyaary, Mulk, De De Pyaar De, Article 15, Bharat, Jawaani Jaaneman, Thappad, Sooryavanshi and Tadap. In 2020, he starred in the titular role in Sony LIV original Ram Singh Charlie that follows the life of a circus artist and his subsequent struggle after the circus is shut. Mishra is an alumnus of Rashtriya Military School Belgaum, Karnataka and graduated from National School Of Drama, Delhi

Kumud ji is too philosophical for Irfan ji. These are his thoughts, his confusions and his conversation with self. There shouldn't be an issue in listening. If in future we reach that thought pattern, we will understand these deep words. Else, just take it as is.
I was wondering what kind of interview is this and with deep rooted respect for Irfan Sir , I was hesitant to term this as not a good interview. But your comment totally gave me a new perspective that it's not a conventional interview but more of Kumud Mishra's self conversation or monologue with Irfan.

This was very unexpected. The most heartbreaking interview (for me). Kumud Mishra came across as extremely dumb, clueless and ignorant. The first ever interview by Irfan Ji where I felt this way. (Including all the RSTV ones)
Actually we come to Irfan ji 's show expecting a certain kind of pattern and philosophy but Kumud ji came across as very raw and नैसर्गिक he did not tried to glorify his resistance to cinema but narrated his organic journey of transition from Theatre to Cinema . Also talked about his shortcomings honestly.
It's a different experience listening to Kumud ji.
