The thing that I dont get is how does this changing boxes meditation fit with the breaking the habit work? I've seen people in testimonials talking about how they got rid of anxiety doing Tuning into new potentials which seems similar to the changing boxes approach, and yet i don't seem to grasp it.. to my mind this is not possible and makes no sense 😕
Whatever YOU feel that a new car feels like. What helps me is to just say the word "abundance...abundance...abundance," slowly over and over in my head, and the feeling just starts to come to me. You could do the same, "new car..." and see how that feels.
Yes! I never really meditated until I went to my first Dr Joe event. He did changing boxes there and late that day my manifestation came true! Anyone at any level can do it!! Even my kids enjoy doing that one!

Intrepret it how you will. I have always interpreted it as that body that is in the future, or different reality, needs to come to you, so that you become that person.
Yes! I have done walking meditations while in bed. I woke just open and Close my eyes when he says. You can either imagine yourself walking or just be present where you are. The key is to practice doing it with your eyes open. It’s somewhat symbolic of you being able to be this way throughout your entire day. Living your future with your eyes open.

You know Im doing Dr. Joe‘s meditations since some weeks and I do them at night in bed before going to sleep. But somehow I always fall asleep in the middle of it. I try to stay present, but so far I couldn’t stay awake for 45-60 minutes. I hope that my subconscious takes in the messages nevertheless. The other struggle I’m facing is, that although I saw several testimonials already, I still think ‚me and my circumstances (Karma) are different and it won’t work for me.‘ I still hope that it’s working. But I’m skeptical and fear that it might not work for me. And one thing which belongs to both difficulties is, that I’m not really feeling elevated emotions. That is, because I’m not able to stay present enough and because I’m just having difficulties to think and feel elevated thoughts and feelings. Do you have some advice for me?

It's not always possible for me to get out and walk. Is this meditation effective to use while doing tasks around the house, such as washing dishes?
Yes! I have done these while working around the house, and I have even done them just laying in bed.

If you want new car or abundance what feelings you have to feel in this meditation
