I’ve been consistently meditating every day for a whole week now. I’m new. It’s been getting more interesting where my mind and body goes the more I do it. This meditation made my back pain go away and I still feel tingly haha. WOW! I also have (can’t even say have but had) been feeling tightness on my throat due to anxiety for the past year and it’s been disappearing since I started meditating. The future I’ve been visualizing without trying is getting easier. Before I honestly couldn’t envision a future for myself at all. So worth it. To anyone new, stick it to. Anything new takes practice to master. Thank you so much for sharing this!!! Super grateful. 😁
I have been to meditation practice on and off was doing random one not related to Joe dispenza I am trying to do his meditation from two days I am really not getting what he is trying to tell in the in meditation he is telling me to feel about the future I’m still thinking about the old and past events 😢

When the mind goes to past or shows you something you think is not right. Just Thank the mind and keep on breathing listen to the meditation. It takes time for the mind to surrender. Be kind to yourself en keep going.

This worked for me so this is my GIFT to you and anyone reading this.. These suggestions have made me the person I am today. So take one or two or all of them and transform yourself to a super being. Thank me later. I personally did and do everything listed below and I got massive results. 1. Write out a statement of your Short Term Goal AND your Chief Aim/Main Goal... on a "goal card" or paper. 2. Write it out 50 times a day for 30 days preferably around the same time each day. After the 30 days, you go back and write it out ONCE a day. This is your compass in life. 3. Set your phone alarm to go off every 3 hours (to disrupt your daily routine) and when it goes off write down your statement and then close your eyes and see yourself with your goal for 2 mins. 4. Record your statement in your voice on a voice recorder on your phone, and play it back to yourself on loop while you sleep and as often as you can daily, example... in the shower or when you are using the rest room. 5. Find an accountability partner. If you cannot find someone, then you MUST write out your statement DAILY. By doing this you make yourself accountable to YOURSELF. 6. Find a community or FB group/group chat, etc and from that community form a Mastermind with one or two people who have studied from REAL Mentors and are giving VALUE. There is a "Law of Giving" and many people are using it. Andrew Carnegie told Napoleon Hill this back in the early 1900s. Its a LAW and it works. Its what I am doing with this post. 7. Auto-Suggest (Think and Grow Rich Chapter 4) to yourself in front of the mirror in the bathroom at least twice a day. Look directly INTO your eyes OR one eye and recite your WRITTEN statement. Then splash cold water on your face. This sudden shock seals the thought into the subconscious due to emotional and physical shock from the cold water. 8. Write out ten "I AM" statements a day. example. I AM happy, I AM more confident. Use the word MORE; implying you already have it, but want more. You trick the brain. 9. Write out 5 things you HAVE that you are grateful for and 5 things that you are grateful for that are coming to you. Mix up the list one after the other. 10. When in public tell people you see that you love them in your mind. Simply say "I LOVE YOU" to them as you pass them, especially when driving, because their subconscious hears and FEELS the intention. Say it to about 10 to 15 people daily. This increases your Good Karma. It might seem like a lot. But it took me less than two weeks to incorporate the list into my life and 32 days later I started getting massive results. What have you got to lose, try some or ALL and see your results. Let me know know too. Have a great day... and thanks for reading.

Thank You !! Yes. I started 1998 when embarking leaving 'smoking' habit instead of losing a lungwith some Buddhist forms of meditation in my local Toronto community centers. Then learned Primordial Sound Meditation when Deepak Chopra came to Toronto, Ontario, Canada July 2009. Having discovered Dr Joe's work during covid beginning 2020 it's been another powerful form for me too. Going to a live Dr Joe's workshop is top of my 'to-do-list' next !!!

I just returned from Nashville changing I'm changed God bless you God bless you all go go please go if you can go go there's not even enough it's something that I was drawn to it from the side cuz I'm a nurse I had a calling to go back to work I feel so bad the Gratitude and the love is my heart was going to burst wide open I did a 5-hour meditation I have ADHD I've never been 5 hours anywhere my mother said I didn't even I moved into her room in the day I was in there so I understand I have become different in the Northeast and to continue more I want more I want what I saw all people I felt that I saw and I was and I bet and I will stay thank you

I wonder how everyone meditates here ! I find his words like a lullaby and usually fall asleep within the first few minutes. I know the point is to go deep but I go deep into sleep and I am not someone who can sleep anywhere! I guess this is what deep relaxation feels like. Either way, I am happy :)

à big unknown appeared- similar to the big soft mother darkness - that surrounds us- I let this new unknown power happen in bassins of consciousness… no idea what s the meaning- I even forgot the task during the meditation 😂 - I feel standing in a new future - thank you for your commitment to this work dear Dr Joe - it saved my life - to discover the inside of life and to swim through fields of eternal knowledge , wisdom and pure love ❤

@@RajBali08 You never know how long a video will be allowed on YT. There are many rules, i.e. if somebody reports a video or if the copyright owner demands it, it is usually taken down immediately. At other times a copyright video can be many years on YT without ever being taken down. But that's the risk of sharing somebody's else's work. It's a shame as it is a free advertisement for the copyright owner, and if the work is so important for everyone like dr Joe's meditations, there should be possibility to share that wonderful work for free and spread it around. Of course he has to earn his money too, but he has over a hundred meditations, so sharing a few for free, to encourage people to buy more from him, is a justified reason.
Thank you 😊 for anyone needing a bit of extra help getting into a meditative state - look up the HT7 acupuncture / acupressure point, this is part of the "Buddha's Triangle" of points that regulate your nervous system and suppress the fight flight freeze stress response. You can put small stones over at least the HT7 or all these points and wrap a handkerchief around your wrist to induce a peaceful state during meditation. When combined, these three acupuncture points on the wrist can greatly help with stress, anxiety and feeling low. They are Heart 7 (HT7), Pericardium 6 (P6) and Lung 9 (LU9). Also putting index and middle finger to your thumb will help your brain switch from the beta analytical thinking state to the alpha creative intuitive state. Also breathwork helps a lot.
I really like Joe's work and I'm getting a lot from reading his book and doing the practices. I've tried a few times to do this meditation but can't manage more than a few minutes without cracking up at his voice. It just doesn't fit well with any form of meditation I've ever done or heard before. It's like a voice from a comedy show like the Simpsons and or some cosmic god like character commanding you to be MORE AWARE OF YOUR Body shouting at you to RELAX! I mean come on, there's a better way to invite people to experience presence of body and awareness than that. I don't understand how half the crowd aren't cracking up. Glad I wasn't there because I'd have had to leave or make a scene.
It's just a matter of perspective. Some people love his voice, some people don't. Dr Joe explained that he's using his voice in a specific way to enhance the meditation and focus, for people not to fall asleep or think about shopping... Maybe you should find his meditation where his voice is soft and quieter like Blessings of the Energy Centers...
Sorry to hear that. I had a similar opinion when I started doing his work but eventually I just focused on my mind and breathing, not his voice. But you can find someone else's meditation, as long as you do it every day it should work the same 😃🤞
@@Lisa_M_V Not sure I can. It makes me feel uncomfortable and stressed out. I don't understand why he does it. There is no way that it enhances the experience. Quite the opposite.
Thank you for posting this. For those who were able to do this meditation successfully, i would appreciate tips. I couldn’t BE the blackness (hard time visualizing) and I couldn’t FEEL oneness. How did you do it ? Were you more in a relaxed state allowing the feeling to come or did you try to conjure the feeling ? I feel like trying to create the feelings puts me in a state of striving so I’m not relaxed, which is not the goal
Don't overthink it, the goal is to stop thinking and analysing and to allow space and calmness in your mind. Focus on whatever makes you relaxed, don't force anything... And do the work consistently ☺️💕
My mantra has been surrender. I was trying too hard too. When you can relax into it, it eventually finds you. Once you feel it, it's much easier to get there in future meditations.

@@RajBali08 You never know how long a video will be allowed on YT. There are many rules, i.e. if somebody reports a video or if the copyright owner demands it, it is usually taken down immediately. At other times a copyright video can be many years on YT without ever being taken down. But that's the risk of sharing somebody's else's work. It's a shame as it is a free advertisement for the copyright owner, and if the work is so important for everyone like dr Joe's meditations, there should be possibility to share that wonderful work for free and spread it around. Of course he has to earn his money too, but he has over a hundred meditations, so sharing a few for free, to encourage people to buy more from him, is a justified reason.

Thank you 😊 for anyone needing a bit of extra help getting into a meditative state - look up the HT7 acupuncture / acupressure point, this is part of the "Buddha's Triangle" of points that regulate your nervous system and suppress the fight flight freeze stress response. You can put small stones over at least the HT7 or all these points and wrap a handkerchief around your wrist to induce a peaceful state during meditation. When combined, these three acupuncture points on the wrist can greatly help with stress, anxiety and feeling low. They are Heart 7 (HT7), Pericardium 6 (P6) and Lung 9 (LU9). Also putting index and middle finger to your thumb will help your brain switch from the beta analytical thinking state to the alpha creative intuitive state. Also breathwork helps a lot.

I really like Joe's work and I'm getting a lot from reading his book and doing the practices. I've tried a few times to do this meditation but can't manage more than a few minutes without cracking up at his voice. It just doesn't fit well with any form of meditation I've ever done or heard before. It's like a voice from a comedy show like the Simpsons and or some cosmic god like character commanding you to be MORE AWARE OF YOUR Body shouting at you to RELAX! I mean come on, there's a better way to invite people to experience presence of body and awareness than that. I don't understand how half the crowd aren't cracking up. Glad I wasn't there because I'd have had to leave or make a scene.
It's just a matter of perspective. Some people love his voice, some people don't. Dr Joe explained that he's using his voice in a specific way to enhance the meditation and focus, for people not to fall asleep or think about shopping... Maybe you should find his meditation where his voice is soft and quieter like Blessings of the Energy Centers...

Sorry to hear that. I had a similar opinion when I started doing his work but eventually I just focused on my mind and breathing, not his voice. But you can find someone else's meditation, as long as you do it every day it should work the same 😃🤞

Thank you for posting this. For those who were able to do this meditation successfully, i would appreciate tips. I couldn’t BE the blackness (hard time visualizing) and I couldn’t FEEL oneness. How did you do it ? Were you more in a relaxed state allowing the feeling to come or did you try to conjure the feeling ? I feel like trying to create the feelings puts me in a state of striving so I’m not relaxed, which is not the goal
It happens at the beginning. Keep doing everyday, the space will reveal itself.
Don't overthink it, the goal is to stop thinking and analysing and to allow space and calmness in your mind. Focus on whatever makes you relaxed, don't force anything... And do the work consistently ☺️💕
My mantra has been surrender. I was trying too hard too. When you can relax into it, it eventually finds you. Once you feel it, it's much easier to get there in future meditations.
