Submarines run on slang, they’re affectionately called “boats” but any kind of formal order or designation will refer to it as a “ship” because that’s what it really is.
I'm a complete rookie regarding modern submarines, but isn't the Romeo an older model compared to Alfa and Han? If yes, why were the Commandos on an old submarine instead of a modern one.
Yes, I think that's a pretty interesting catch. Maybe they wanted something very quiet (Romeo, though old, is quieter due to diesel electric, not nuclear)
Because it wasn't being sent out to fight -- which no submarine can do very well with their torpedo room filled with commandos instead of torpedoes - but to sneak, which a Romeo is very good at.
TortugaPower they’re well known to explode for no apparent reason. Kursk exploded because the hydrogen peroxide in the torpedo leaked; a similar leakage is certain if the submarine were to be hit in the nose by a torpedo (or by a torpedo in the nose, lol)
Dude, waaaaaaaayyyyyyy too much inane babbling. Your indecisiveness is also quite irritating...you'd be a horrible skipper IRL, killing the crew with your indecisiveness...just make a logical plan and execute it. But at least you created an organized playlist.
lol, I totally agree. He's not a good speaker, he constantly speaks incomplete sentences and what he thinks funny and chuckles isn't funny at all. Basically, a lot less talk and more game play.
Seven Alfas were built, but they were IRL all decommissioned before 2000, and five of the seven were broken down before 2000.
I don't think I have sunk seven yet, so there's still room for hypotheticals.
A Submarine is as you say a "boat", but she is also "A Man of War" crewed by a Ships Company.
Your methods at times can be....
.....
baffling....
;)
The comment I expect from Blinson.

Complains about god's eye and 3-D models, then proceeds manually guiding torpedo using god's eye and 3-D model to hit a Han...
If you're going to do complex dogleg attacks, you need to /wait until you have a solid TMA lock so you actually know the real range/.
That's how it should work. Although in this game you can get away without if you choose
If a submarine has the Type 65-76 torpedoes, it certainly cannot survive a hit in the nose.
Are those torpedoes susceptible to cause secondary explosions?

hey there
Oh, hello. I didn't see you there.
