Brian, I loved listening to Leif! I could have listened to him for hours. It's amazing what he has done and this interview was absolutely motivating. I found myself reflecting on many of my own personal situations and how to take extreme ownership. Excellent
Awesome interview. I enjoyed Lei's passion, wisdom and stories. Sounds like an awesome book for anyone looking to better themselves. I'm going to recommend this book to my boss who is a phenomenal leader.
If there's only one (or a small few) person/s in an organisation actually taking ownership, others notice they're doing something well but don't follow suit, what then?
+cray32 it just gets so exhausting though and when there's no acknowledgement of a job well done, overtime worked or results/ profits made for the organisation
Mary De Alvia Pitman If you don't know what are your results, then you are definitely not taking ownership. Figure out what you need to do to visualize your goals vs your achievements. You need metrics for a one man operation. Or get help from an outside person.

That is a phenomenally egg shaped head Brian. Respect Leif, thanks for what you've done
Fantastic. Thanks to you both. Reminds me of Stephen Covey's "response-able" principle.
For sure!

Then that one person should keep taking extreme ownership and having total pride in delivery above standard work
