You don't have to do a giveaway, I think, because you already give away your time and energy in creating this podcast. That is why we are here (at least I am), not for a small chance of winning anything. Look forward to future episodes of your podcast. Love how you are genuine you :-)

So glad to see you again Claire; always enjoy your content. So relaxing to sit and knit while you tell us a bout all your creations; just like sitting accross from a friend. Especially admire your sweater knittng; I have a hard time completing chunky sweaters.😏 Your haircut is really cute. Please do share your sewing; although I don't sew anymore it's fun to see what others make. Take Care!!🤗

I love the daisy quilt, it is so happy. Would definitely watch a garment sewing video. I have a sweater quantity of nutiden on its way to me and after seeing your Bonnie cardigan I think that’s what it will become. Whilst watching I was knitting fernwood cardigan upcoming pattern from Jane Richmond using nutiden

Your finished projects are gorgeous, as always! I love the colourwork socks. Keep going with the Marit, I also had gauge issues and ended up ripping back some of the body but it's so worth it once it's done. I think your plan to add more of a steek and omit the facing on the sleeves could work really well. The bulk on mine has reduced with wear but I do wish I'd planned ahead a bit more and added more of a steek. Happy knitting :-)

Would love to see a sewing video! I'm sure there are quite a few of us who both knit and sew. Plus, it's just fun to see what clothes you style with your knits! In terms of your upcoming subscriber milestone, I don't think a giveaway is required or necessary. We subscribe to hear about your crafting, not to get any prizes. :) Right now I'm knitting the Twigs sweater by Junko Okamoto using De Rerum Natura's Ulysse.

I really loved watching/ listening to this. Thank you so much :) your analogy about the spicy food was so funny and I feel the same about it. Will definitely remember that one hahah. Spicy fabric. Anyway thanks for sharing a little bit of you with us. You look so good by the way ! Love from the Netherlands.

Hello Claire... absolutely love your new haircut! I found everything you showed and shared to be so pretty and interesting to hear about. How did you get your neckline on your Daily Pullover to look not as deep as the pattern calls for? I really like the way you did it. Your quilt is sooo good and I would love to hear you talk about your sewing in a podcast. Have a wonderful Canadian Thanksgiving!

Hi Jacqueline, sorry this took me so long to get back to! I actually knit the Daily exactly to pattern and that's how it came out - I feel like on the pattern photos it's been kind of pulled down for the styling? It seems to sit much higher up on most people on Ravelry. I also think that if you were to knit it and find it low you could adjust needle size or number of stitches picked up or even do more rows.

What fun to learn you have your BFA from MtA! I did the same too but a few years before 😉 (class of ‘98). Such a great school and the Fine Arts Dept was fabulous. I think a few profs stuck around when you were there; Dan Steeves in printmaking (intaglio) and Thaddeus Hollownia in Photo. Maybe even Virgil Hammock for head of Fine Arts but he was older when i was there - a total hammer, honestly all were fantastic. Love your knitting, thanks for your efforts - always inspiring. Take care & all the best from Bermuda ❤

Hi Beth! Sorry it took me so long to get back to you, but it was so nice to hear you went to MtA too!! I never met Virgil, but I know Thaddeus and Dan! I go back to Sackville fairly often and it's always such a nice place to be. My mom also has a BFA from MtA, I just followed in her footsteps :) Thanks for watching!!

Claire’s mom here! Thaddeus and Dan were in their first year of teaching when I was there. Virgil was the head of the dept in those days and was lovely!

@@christiepaquet oh amazing! I was there from ‘94-‘98. Did our times cross? Virgil was still the head of the department and such a fun guy. Thaddeus and Dan too.

@@bethmacdonaldstone We didn't cross paths! I was there quite a bit earlier. 78-82!! I think it was Thaddeus' first year teaching there. He was so young! Virgil was so great. I hear he still enjoys having people stop by to say hello.

“The Fat Squirrel Speaks” changes her knits to accommodate the bunching issue. I don’t remember exactly what she does.🤷‍♀️. I have found her channel to be a good resource for customizing patterns, knit and sown.💗

Your Daily Pullover is beautiful! How did you keep the neckline from being as deep as the pattern shows it? I sure hope you found that you don't have COVID. Thank you for sharing your makes with us. Please don't feel the need to do a giveaway. I don't know about everyone else, but I am watching to learn from you not to receive items. You give more than enough through your knowledge and sharing.

Hi Brandi - sorry this is so so late, but I just wanted to answer your question about the Daily pullover. I knit it exactly to pattern! I wonder if it's slightly pulled down in the pattern photos? It seems like it sits higher up on all the Ravelry projects I've seen. I'm sure you could control it a bit with ribbing needle size and how many stitches you pick up as well.
