I use DPP and Affinity. Should i buy the Topaz? Where do you sell your pics? Do a video?

Topaz Denoize is excellent if you shoot photos in very high iso all the time. And print it ot sell photos like me.
If you are posting mostly in Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Website, then, no, you do not need a noise reduction software.
Canon DPP is already great for canon Eos cameras. And affinity has good noise reduction too.
I sell my photos to my local clients in reunion Island . And In "Fine Art America" website. Link is in my TH-cam"About" Section 🙂

You can crop in DPP, first. Or after Topaz.

Why do you have to import a TIFF from DPP4 to Photo AI? Can't Photo AI read "Canon raw"? I'm currently in between the purchaise of DxO and Photo AI. As I understand DxO can read Canon raw. Thus, I would loose less image quality, because I can edit a raw file instead of a TIFF file.

Unfortunately no. My recommendation is to do opposite.

I don't. But. You follow the same workflow. And do the sharpening after the noise reduction.

Personally, no. Use the Gimp, Photoshop or affinity photo traditional sharpening.

Topaz messes with the detail in the Image too much. It lowers the detail with all the artifacts it creates. On subjects with feather detail it just looks too artificial.
