For those who want to attempt this: You need to have the grindset! Please know that I mean it when I say that there's lots of RNG involved. It's probably the most luck-based run I've done so far. Yugostrat can fail, landing in France can fail, invasion against UK can be blocked. And reloading does NOT yield different outcomes, sometimes even makes it worse! If one of the steps goes wrong, you need to start from the beginning again. I'm more than happy to help with questions, but do not assume that this will work on your first attempt. Some tips: Scout ahead with submarines to see which ports are garrisoned. The divisions don't shuffle around that much and you can always change the targeted provinced with the 'edit order' button before launching the invasion. Just be careful to not accidentally delete the invasion order right before the war and losing all planning progress. (Thank you, Mariusz Wojcik!) You can make it easier on yourself by targeting French ports specifically and have reinforcements ready in the Channel. You can achieve that by asking Italy for Mil Access and sending divisions to one of their ports. Time it so that they are in the Channel when your invasions make landfall. You than just have to reroute them to the captured port. And, just in case, saving and reloading does not change the outcome. The French divisions only have different positions if you restart from scratch. You can circumvent RNG by aiming the first invasion against the UK and dealing with France in a different way, for example paras to take a French port after the UK has fallen. In order for that to work you need to wait a couple of hours after getting the war goal on Yugo to let the UK guarantee them.
to anyone who is trying this in elite difficulty: it's possible, but it will be slightly slower due to the reduced political power gain and production efficiency cap (i have tried this strat in elite, it works but like m3an mentions it is quite rng heavy)

Array Spiking: because world tension value and associated data is stored as a list, one source country can create multiple entries in the world tension list, instead of overwriting previous value.

With the old version , I think the one before this , sweden was for some reason considered a major nation and I abused it and kept conquering more and more countries but I honestly didn't know you can make Belgium the leader of the allies . Imagine Luxembourg 😅
In order to pump up faster the number of the army in the field or numeber of the spam spam units you can convert infantry into panzer first and then back to the infrantry as panzer uses less inftantry equipment than cavalary. The draw back is bigger lost on experience. The spam deployed early can be as well converted immidietly into panzer and then back to the infantry. by doing so you can send more units to Ethopia and increase a bit word tension faster.
Wha i learnt today: to do naval invasion, pick 1 division per invasion so it takes less time then when you take over ship base send convoys to reinforce

I tried this six times and france always has too many divisions on the coast, resulting in my troops being killed. Is it because I‘m missing the two newest dlcs?
Did you reload six times from a certain save or restarted from the beginning six times? I've collected some notes in the sticky comment under this video for people who want to attempt this. Reloading never changes the outcome so if the French divisions are placed unfavorably, either restart or adapt the strategy a little.
@@sarahd4784 I haven't tried without DLCs so I can't say for sure. But it shouldn't effect the placement of the AI from my understanding, at least not for France. Do you spread your divisions out equally or focus certain provinces? There are some spots that usually are not defended and allow for a quick drive towards the main VPs. Alternatively, you can just split the war into two and use the divisions that are prepping for the UK to reinforce the naval invasion against France. For the optimal outcome, get mil access from Italy and send the reinforcements to an Italian port after the invasion has launched. That way the reinforcements travel more or less parallel to your invading divisions and can be rerouted to a captured port. If they are too fast, you can send them back and forth between German and Italian ports until you'e taken a port. Justify a war goal against a democratic nation before the war against France ends, prep naval invasions into the UK, prelaunch them when ready and declare immediately after the war goal is ready and the UK guarantee is in place.
Well i cant do it...there are always fechies at the beach or near the beach that interrupt the forces to walk into any city. just like that 7:02 "Dinkirk Distraction" is needed at almost everywhere at the beach.

They always join. What's up to RNG is whether they get a civil war or leave the faction afterwards. Make sure you restart from scratch each time, since reloading doesn't change the outcome. It still works, so just keep trying =)

Try to concentrate motorized and some infantry at a single province with a port adjacent that you capture as well. And than speed towards VPs. But it's vital to also stage feint attacks or you'll get caught quickly. Alternatively, wait until the UK guarantees Yugo as well, stage a naval invasion into the UK first instead of France and launch paratroopers into France after you've taken the UK. Much more reliable, but takes a bit longer because of the para research.
