The University of Ghana's Inter-Halls Cross Country Competition on June 8th, 2024 also featured a thrilling men's 10km race. Salifu Seidu of Commonwealth Hall crossed the finish line first to claim the title of Male Cross Country Champion. Salifu's impressive display of endurance and technique not only earned him a place on the university's team that would go on to represent them at the Ghana Universities Games (GUSA), but it also helped Commonwealth Hall secure the team title in the male category.
