i won in 2010 a line 6 amp from one of your giveaways i still own it to this day! and have giged with it and everything . i was a poor kid in a bad home back than, that amp made life better i played it 3 hours a day back than it made me go into my own little world and everything was good i was 16 than, after all these years i must say once again thank you
Great story about your first pedal! I got my first pedal via a catalog. I just went by the descriptions and got a... Arion Stereo Flanger. Boy was that exactly what I DIDN'T need! My second pedal was a used Boss CE-2 chorus pedal. AGAIN not the pedal I needed. Then FINALLY I got a Tokai Distortion pedal from their Z-II series. Apparently the pedal that the guitarist in Anvil swears by. The guy in the store tried to sell me a vintage MIJ Boss two-knob Overdrive for pennies. (The Tokai was MIJ as well by the way) I was like "No sir I want the DISTORTION!!!".
Ibanez Chorus was my first pedal. Then I bought a Mesa boogie Vtwin. Because the store would not sell me a tube amp. They thought I did not have the money.
My First pedal was a Wah pedal then some kind of Fuzz pedal. Way back in 1976. Dang Brother, that's a ton of cables. LOL Do you ever have a problem with Mice, they love chewing on cables. ;-) As expensive as The Tone Lounge is I would look into getting a special fire extinguisher that is ok to use on electronics. Just in case.
