Hi, how many of you guys were there? Could you share it amongst yourselves? And were all the dishes you got come in an arranged menu (for example: sunday roasts menu/ vegetarian menu/ winter menu etc) or did you just go in and order anything?
A lot has changed since this review was done 2 years ago. I shared the food with my cameraman but the menu I believe has changed a lot since then so please look online if you are interested.
I had one of the best meals of my life here in Edinburgh. Where I am originally from (Pakistan), Pan-Asian cuisine has really taken of, so it was nice to taste the apex of it. Thanks for sharing your experience. Loved the Rock Shrimp (it was subtle in it's taste and not drenched in sauces). The Duck and the Chinese BBQ Chicken stole the show. Simply fabulous.
I went to the tattu in Birmingham last year and loved it! It’s a perfect dinning experience. May be a bit expensive but totally worth it. So glad you got the cherry blossom too. It’s one of the most special desserts I’ve ever been served in a restaurant.
This is the sort of place I would want to go in -it looks amazing but would never have thought of going in thinking it would not be halal. Just goes to show worth checking. The atmosphere, the decor, the food it all looks amazing! The food and dessert it all looks a lot different too what you typically see being reviewed. Am glad you took that step. Also Edinburgh is now in my list of MUST VISIT place!! And the smoke coming out of the desert 🤩

Edinburgh has amazing food and variety of restaurants. Definitely worth visiting!! 👍
