- In this episode, I will guide you on how to win the first job on Upwork with no experience in 2023.

My approach to winning jobs on Upwork helped me secure 35 jobs and earn almost $17000 in the last seven months. Now this approach helped Eva win the first Upwork job.
The same approach helped my subscriber Israt win his first job. He was one of my first supporters on the channel but he couldn't get the first Upwork contract for a long time.
So he contacted me, and I helped him to sharpen his cover letter. Soon he landed his first job, and now he is on the track for more.
Now you can see that It's field tested on different accounts and working.
All you need to do is to copy my template, adapt it and start earning on Upwork.
So in this Upwork tutorial for beginners, I will show you real examples and give you tips of how to prepare your Upwork account,
craft your first cover letter and select the right job listings to apply for.

the problem is not the number of proposals to send the problem is the number of connects one has
To me, it’s a business expense.

I am a content writer for blogs and website owners, I started the 30 days challenge to get a job on Upwork but I seem not to find jobs that may match my skills.
How do I solve this challenge?
Basically, there are just two ways to find jobs: to search or to get an invitation.
If you thoroughly look through the list of job listings and you cannot find anything suitable, then it’s nothing you can solve here.
Partly, you can blame the time of the year since it’s a vacation season. It should be much better from the start of September.

I just seen your few vedios regarding how to get job on upwork, It been 2 years i had a first job on upwork, I didn't get a single after 2 years for long term conditions, I wasted money and client view my proposals but if someone send an invitation but didn't answer in return,

There is two reasons, Either there is a lot of competitions and you dont have portfolio aswell also you dont have high value skill also no credibility from other clients.
@@AnsafP well, I can not say anything because Upwork is useful then people should get jobs in 1 Go, I guess it more like if you have an extra money for crypto currency then you have options to invest on crypto or invest on Upwork. Even if you have a decent profile with a portfolio on Upwork.

Hi Kriti. You can obviously succeed without the introduction video.
We all start in the same way - good profile + tons of high-quality proposals.
Later on, you will have options on how to proceed. But now - you need to do the job.

I think that this guy is not doing so well. His hourly rate on Upwork is only 30 USD. This is a typical low quality lowball rate.

Yes, you should double or triple your rate. Lowball freelancers also take opportunities away from serious freelancers. My own hourly rate on Upwork is 80 USD and I am just an ordinary professional there (Upwork is still not my main income). Your videos are good!
