Chris should've had a microphone. Difficult to hear over the road noise.
(numb? lack of sensation) (hash? breakfast or something mixed up/together).....as applied to steering not sure what you mean, help an old lady with the lingo, because otherwise decent video! I think you mean when you take your hands off the wheel, it moves a bit back and forth without the car moving back and forth on the road....Is that correct?
Do the back seat headrests come off? I’m only 5’1” and if you guys are having trouble seeing through the rear window from the driver’s seat, I’m not sure I could. If they don’t come off, I wouldn’t want to spend $32k on a car that won’t let me see the car behind me!
They sure do! You can flip them down for better visibility or remove them altogether.

Finding one to test drive is a challenge. SW OH is not known for its plethora of MINI dealers. Why is MINI a "mid-lux" priced brand? Building one and price was a big turnoff when looking at "S" models to replace my mk4 GTI. Almost bought a BRZ. Thought about an Alltrack/GTI. Ended up in a WRX (base).
Mini Cooper S Hardtop 2 Door with the mid-level Signature trim is $31,750 out the door. Mid-level GTI SE is $32,690. The GTI will be faster and more fun around a track, but the Mini will feel more special day-to-day. Not to mention, if you're buying new, you can customize it much more than a GTI. Nice choice with the WRX though. Are you going to do any mods?
