  • Cervicogenic Dizziness Relief: 2 Sleep Habits to Avoid
    For the busy executive mom juggling work and family life, health often takes a back seat until it can't be ignored. Cervicogenic dizziness, a type of vertigo originating from the cervical spine or neck region, can be particularly challenging, disrupting your day with bouts of unsteadiness and disorientation. Amidst the chaos of managing work deadlines and your young kids, it's important to recognize the role that sleep habits play in managing this condition.
    In this video, we’re going to discuss how sleep habits can influence cervicogenic dizziness and what you can do to make sure your sleep postures are not contributing to your dizziness.

    About me: I am Swati, an Executive Mum Power Coach and a Certified Posture Expert.
    I use my proven system to help mums of younger kids, working in high stress executive jobs manage their back, neck, nerve and joint pains, without taking out a big chuck of time out of their already busy day. This enables them to be a better & more productive professional at work and a guilt free mom who can focus on her kids instead of being distracted by the pain.
    During motherhood your body has gone through a lot of changes at the physical level. These can range from back pain, neck pain, heel pain to a weak pelvic floor or a poor posture. Add to that the physical stresses of holding the younger kids, driving to kids classes and sitting at a desk job for long hours. Also the high intensity long meetings at work, the frequent travelling. All this restricts you from functioning at an optimal level physically and mentally. Even though you love your kids and your job you may not be able to give your 100% to them as these discomforts hold you back from your full potential. This makes you feel guilty as a mum and you feel less productive at your workplace.
    I have helped hundreds of executive mums find that solution to their pains and discomforts that arise from the physical challenges of being a working mum. This can range from back pain, neck pain, joint pain to nerve pain.
    If you can relate to all this you are not alone. As a mum I have been there done that momma -- I got you! I’ve helped hundreds of executive mums over the years find that solution to manage these physical challenges that hold them back. This enables them to feel confidently in control and empowers them to cultivate that confidence and productivity at work and enjoy being with your kids, to be able to run around with them without the fear of injury or pain.

      @withswati  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Difficult to point out but it could be due to cervical issues or neck pain, if there is no BPPV. You can email me on info@withswati.com for consultation details.
