I usually feel a bit light headed and dizzy when I stand up, I guess I have to stand up slowly haha. A lot of useful information in the video! Thank you!
Top quality video the moving your head with the thumb out is very intreastibg I get very light headed from forward head posture I think makes my eyes hurt and makes them very sensitive to bright light which in turns causeing me to feel anxious as I feel like I'm gonna faint
Hi sorry for the bother but my symptoms are the same as your and for the past two months I have been suffering can you tell me how did you manage your vertigo to go away. I am so sad I can’t even walk alone without the fear and the feeling of faint
Thx Doc❤ for my misses (2016ovarian metast 2018brain cancer)…if this works you will know about it. Vertigo is killing her taking her will away. Edit1: started. Every exercise you have shown involves an area where she has problems…Right eye peripheral vision loss to rhs. Historical neck and shoulder pain and of course the standard migraine associated with these. And add to this vertigo with recent hearing loss in LHS
1:01_I seem to get a lot of crackling (no pain) in the C1-C3 region when I do this excercise and pain/sensitivity between my shoulder blades when my hand is applying pressure to my turning head.
Hello doctor im young and just today when i was sitting down all of a sudden i felt very dizzy i drank some water and lied down but that just made it worst and every time i move my neck or head it gets me dizzy again what treatment do you think is necessary and what could be the cause😊
Sir I got it for the first time and I’m 22years old. I didn’t have a good sleep at the night also. Used phone a lot too. And I previously days ago also experienced roaring tinnitus and hearing loss once. What could it be? Or should I have to visit Doctor?
Which exercise helped the most?

If it's only when standing up it's probably a bit of low blood pressure.
@@BodyFixExercises ok that is good to know, I will look into that. Thanks!
Thank you

Make sure that you do the thumb movements very slowly then. If it continues get it checked out by a professional.

If you have roaring tinnitus and any hearing loss, definitely see your doctor. Could be something like Meniere's
Need to consult ENT doctor

Is it normal to have like that even if you're just young, I'm 19 but I feel like that
Quite possible. Many young people have poor posture from looking at phones, which can cause this
@@BodyFixExercisesI have a question for you hope you see it,I send it in the comments
You have excess calcium buildup. Take vitamin d3 and potassium (k2)
Did he say jam joints? Is there a proper term for that? Compressed? Subluxed? Misalgined? For a medical video, a less slang term would help.
Restricted spinal fact joints. I try to keep it simple for the layman
