Nice steelworks, doubles as a walk behind mine sweeper!

Looks great. A swivel wheel mounted in the front would work nice...

This is possibly your best idea yet!

Needs a caster in the front under the ball to give you more control

Like the idea but scared of a runaway on an incline drive way soon as you let off of the friction disk wheel eak!

my only criticism is you boxed in the access to all the mechanicals. Your component should have bolted in at the bottom and had provisions for a pivot like clevis pins at the top so you could have hinged it open to service the belts and pulleys.

Do you know what after I watch the video? I think the same way, but we are humans we learn all the time.

Thanks for video. I thought I had an original thought about doing the same but then you made it first. Thanks a bunch for video as now maybe I can even improve on your build.

Do you think it would move a 5x10 700 lb utility trailer in uneven grass even up a small hill. Where I store my trailer is in back yard behind garage and can't get a vehicle back there.

I have a '73 John Deere 7 hp and it helped nudge a car out of a ditch the only thing I would do if replaced the drive friction disk if the old one is worn out or damaged..
I'd also weld on the outside of the chassis not the inside so you can use it as a snot blower in the winter again...

That's an awful lot of dolly for such a small trailer. I have a 4x12 cargo trailer that's about 1500 pounds empty and I wonder if it would move it with a small hill similar to the one in this video

@@DIY.Invented Nice work! I'd love to see you test it with larger and larger trailers to find its limit.

I was curious about the same. I wonder what the max is for a snowblower.

Prutser. Je had de trekhaak niet erop moeten lassen maar schroeven dat is gietstaal.

I guess when you build yours you can use case hardened bolts...if you ever actually build anything...hind sight is 20 20...maybe you should learn to be more respectful with your suggestions...just sayin...
