@KambotroutFishing dumped my kayak twice this year. I'm waiting to upgrade before I venture out on one again. Lost a whole box of swim baits, my box of hooks, 2 sets of pliers and my phone.. That was in a lake lol

Rivers are way low now,, complete walkfest. We went to hammocks 15 years ago and I never slept on the ground since.
Ended up with a $10 sewing machine and make most of our camp gear now.
What boat are you running on the Smallie rivers??
It’s ridiculous how low the rivers are now. I planned on doing another drift down there this fall but I dont see it happening with these levels.
The Hobie PA12 did really well out there despite pretty low gauge heights at the time. Bounced off some rocks without any issues.

I'm in Delaware & was just watching some of ur older videos on snakeheads. Most of the spots I've been going to around here in Delaware City/ Port Penn area are ridiculously over fished. Looking for a better area for snakes & bass. Are you on the eastern shore?
I’m in MD on the west side of the bay, but I often fish the eastern shore. There’s still a good number of tributaries to the Chesapeake that receive relatively little pressure. I feel for y’all up there in DE and NJ. Much less water to be had and many more people per capita.
I recommend using the tools I show in this video to find those Chesapeake tributaries and headwaters. If you do, you’ll find the snakeheads and some relatively untouched waters.
