So cool to see the family out with you!! Can’t wait for this!! After trying for years and feeling like it wasn’t ever gonna happen...my girl and I finally had our first kid last April!! He’s the coolest little dude in the world and already loves everything that I do...so once he gets a little older I’m positive he’s gonna be out there with me learning to love fishing as much as I do!! I’ve already gotten all 8 of my nieces and nephews into it...they range from 6-22 years old and they all still fish with me and by themselves all the time, so I’m sure my son will be no different!! And even days when I’m not able to get away from work, his older cousins will be able to take him...so even the days I’m not there they can help to teach him the things I’ve taught them!! Gotta love it!!
Matt, I fish lk.st.clairin Michigan, I've been fishing here for 10 years and have never thought of that tube presitation like you did there, every time I watch your videos I learn something new. Thank you for what you do here on TH-cam. You and your family Stay safe during this hectic time
Man...y'all are getting your first look at one of the best anglers of the next couple of generations if she wants to be, hanging out with Matt and Tim all her life has/is/will have given this little lady an advantage and a half...I almost feel bad for the guys she's going to outfish
Smallies on tubes is like what you said,so fun to do! Awesome fish CC and yourself put in the boat and I have to say, your baby girl is just so darn cute! Thanks for the awesome video and all the awesome tip's! Fish on and stay safe and healthy out there guy's!
It was good to see you and your wife helping and encouraging your daughter when she asked to net the fish. So often parents just tell the kid that it’s too hard or to get out of the way.
That woman can flat out fish Matt! She really is exceptional. I’m impressed! Get her on the women’s tour, or you two just go fish team tournaments. She would do quite well whatever she does. She just has it!😊👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
That is so crazy guys, well done. That’s it😉I m tube fishing now. Thank you, the was epic. 🙏God bless you all🙏. Sierra is so beautiful. She’s starting early, so cute❤️.
Fish in Alabama or Tennessee and then see if you will. They have all 3 types of bass and giants in all three. The Coosa river spotted bass are the meanest, hardest fighting bass in the country. Even smallies can't compete with them and I've caught them all
You guys have awesome content and also are great salesmen cause seems that each vid on a different body of water is of that water only so y’all need to travel every lake and make videos 👍👍 tight lines guys
Whenever I go fishin with my lady I'm always the one netting the big fish 😂😂. Glad to see there are some guys that still our fish their women. Love the family vids 👍
I love your guys videos! Thanks and keep it up! I would love to see a video “backstage “ if you will on how you keep your daughter safe, happy, and contained while in the boat? I have some littles that I’m trying to figure out the best setup. Thanks
Matt, unless I missed it; you left out a vital piece of information...How to rig the tubes. I've only texas rigged them in the past and have no idea how to rig one with the jigheads like you use. Thanks! And keep 'em coming!!
Awesome video yet again...randomness question..with everything going on in the supply and demand world do you feel that this will hurt bass fishing as a whole or give companies an opportunity to reinvent their line of products and possibly put new gear on the market?
They’ve done a few videos strictly about line choices. Not sure if they mentioned braid on spinning gear specifically but there was definitely a ton of good info in the videos I saw. Pretty sure they fish braid more often than not, but usually with a fluoro leader or in certain situations a mono leader, but your best bet would be to just search their channel for the line choice videos and check them out, they’re definitely worth the watch!! Good luck out there brotha!!
It depends where your fishing, clear water, chocolate milk water, what you’re targeting, what size reel, what size rod, is there a lot of structure there’s a lot of variables that can change what line to use. Also another thing to consider is castability an 8lb test line will cast a lot further than a 30 lb line so I always go with the lowest I can get away with depending on what I’m fishing and where.
Hey guys love your videos! I’ve learned a lot but I was wondering if you guys could give a guide on fishing in Northern California/Sacramento River for bass. I’m new to bass fishing and have gone out for about 6-8 weeks now and haven’t even gotten a bite
Have you ever fished for southern smallies? They are completely different from northern strain, from what I hear. Just wondering if the techniques are the same
I only live 4 hrs from Lake Michigan. I need to go catch some of those beautiful brownies. Hey got a question is there a reason y’all don’t have your TacticalBassin hats on TW cause I’d love to have one
Fishing tubes for bass quickly became one of my best confidence baits thanks to a fishing buddy of mine. Do you ever Texas rig them? Curious since you didn't mention it. That's my go-to setup when tubing for bass in any kind of structure

@tacticalbassin I almost started crying when I saw your daughter net those fish! RESPECT👍🏻💪🏻
Nothing better than teaching the kids the joys of fishing and just being out on the water!!
Y'all are living the dream.

Sierra nets Dads Smallmouth. Priceless. Thanks for the reminder that no matter how great fishing is, the family is indispensable.
I love seeing how excited Sierra gets!!!! I’m so glad I got my boys into fishing! They’re older than her now but I remember those days!!!
Great family fishing video Mat. Thanks for share
DUDE, that is so awesome to have your family with you! You are very blessed to have a wife and child that want to share to the same passion as you.

Your little girl with the net was awesome
Would be great if you had a date for when your videos were filmed. Would give us a reference for time of year spawning etc.
July 13th
@@AdventureAddict0 That was the day the video was posted not the day he was fishing, but thanks.
@@slivers4007 oh sorry

Tube fishing is so much fun. Usually don’t target Smallies since they aren’t in my area. Still enjoy seeing you guys catch them on the Tube.
That is so crazy guys, well done. That’s it😉I m tube fishing now. Thank you, the was epic.
🙏God bless you all🙏. Sierra is so beautiful. She’s starting early, so cute❤️.
Theres nothing better than getting the kids involved in everything anyway they feel like they are helping is huge for them
Will you guys consider doing a video on Shasta Lake about fishing rock cliffs, walls, bottoms etc. Where there is no cover for spots. Thank you
Learning from every video. Thanks for sharing the life you love and making me a better and more effective fisherman..
Michigans Great Lakes are heaven for smallies. I'll never leave this state.
Amen

You're governor is crazy she wouldn't even let boats in the water I'll stay in Indiana we have lake Michigan smallmouth also
I left two years ago, don't regret it one bit! I knew things would go back to hell after Snyder's term was up. Shame.
M Jones cool. I like Michigan, you like Alabama and Tennessee.
You guys have awesome content and also are great salesmen cause seems that each vid on a different body of water is of that water only so y’all need to travel every lake and make videos 👍👍 tight lines guys
best breakdown/how to BASS FISHING content on u-tube 100%
The internally weighed tube has been the smallmouth standard on the great lakes for 30 years. Crazy how that never changes.
Whenever I go fishin with my lady I'm always the one netting the big fish 😂😂. Glad to see there are some guys that still our fish their women. Love the family vids 👍
Gosh your wife is better at fishing than me. lol what a stick! Love seeing you out with the family and love seeing sierra net them!

Its wild seeing you guys fish in my hometown. Hope you enjoyed
Nice vlog you 2 for sure. Looks like so much fun.
I luv to c the family enjoying a day on the water my daughters use to luv to fish.
You should review the lews hank parker cating rod, the abu garcia black max reel, and the lews hank parker spinning combo.
You should do more videos of you fishing with the family. That's what it is all about - family enjoying activities together...
Come to Mille Lacs! I would love to see how you guys break it down! Tight lines and stay safe!
Awesome video guys
You make it look so easy. I have never even tried to a use.
That net job was adorable! LOL
It’s official, CiCi is a better fisherman than me and probably has been for years! That woman can drop the hammer, finesse hammer!
Great adventure, thank for sharing! I get so much from this channel. Even if you are on the left coast!
Better than being an east coast guy 🤣🤣 (joke from wranglerstar videos)
I know ya are a team but I think wifee was giving you the business on this day my guy 💪🏿💯

Wow! Sweet! Haven't seen smallies like that in a long time.
have you had a chance to look at the new shimano vanford ci4. looks like a winner! same price as the out going stradic.
Great content as always. Love seeing the family involved in the videos
It makes absolutely no sense how you guys don’t have 1 million subs
Matt, unless I missed it; you left out a vital piece of information...How to rig the tubes. I've only texas rigged them in the past and have no idea how to rig one with the jigheads like you use. Thanks! And keep 'em coming!!
Is that doc mic stuffins in the back round.😂 love the vids keep up the good work
Thanks for the tips we’ll be adding to the arsenal 🔥
Can the Texas rig and tube jig head work well for bank angling? Specifically stupid tube rigging more that exposed hook.
Awesome fishing and great making the memories with the family.
Are you on the Michigan side or Illinois?
It's always crazy to see Matt finesse fishing with spinning tackle
Awesome video yet again...randomness question..with everything going on in the supply and demand world do you feel that this will hurt bass fishing as a whole or give companies an opportunity to reinvent their line of products and possibly put new gear on the market?
All those fisherman using their stimulus checks for more gear

Do you guys ever experiment with big swimbaits for smallmouth?
Great Video, as always; only question I have is what was the Braid to Floro Leader length?
@tacticalbassin what net do you use?? Need one for big fish👍🏻 thanks🙏🏼
They link it in the description on every video
What type of line and rig would you recommend on big river fishing for smallmouth bass? Thank you in advance.

Maxcuatro comes in 15# do they get some hook up we dont?
I been using the missle baits micro jig and the strike king baby ztoo on a ned head. Bites are very few but it's usually a 🐖 when they do bite
What part of Lake Michigan are you guys fishing.
Does a white pearl color work
That just so happens to be the BEST intro ever!😂
Have you ever fished for southern smallies? They are completely different from northern strain, from what I hear. Just wondering if the techniques are the same
I think Billy Westmoreland could have caught them anywhere, just like the TB crew.
@@pdbandit1 no doubt, I am just wondering if the techniques are the same, because southern smallies are so different from the northern strain

Got hooked up on some good smallies. Nice
Just curious, what makes a “tournament” tube?
Just a term for a skinny tube not fat
Thin and really soft
Good question
Does a 4 inch tube work
Are you dragging the tubes or are you kind of swimming the tube?
Caught a tank smallie yesterday on a tube. Def recommend to new anglers
I have used tubes for years there my go to when the bite gets tough they always seem to catch bass
Fishing tubes for bass quickly became one of my best confidence baits thanks to a fishing buddy of mine. Do you ever Texas rig them? Curious since you didn't mention it. That's my go-to setup when tubing for bass in any kind of structure
I'm waiting for the big announcement that you guys are relocating up here to Michigan!!
Tubes are underrated
@tacticalbassin (matt or tim) red treble hooks for front hook replacement on squarebill cranks....what size do you generally choose?
Very Nice - Thanks for starting to say what they weigh. It's hard to tell sometimes so by you stating their weight really helps.
I have problems rigging the tubes and i have variety of them. And my problem with the Ned rig is hang ups...
Love it! 👍👊
Here in thw midwest The 60 degree line tie is critical
Where is the list of products found at the end of videos
?
I crack tubes and or put them on dropshots besides regular bottom fishing a tube.
nothing better then catching big smallies!!
How the heck do you see the fish from that far? What glasses do you have or are you seeing it from the fish finder?
Wish I could fish for smallies everyday of my life.
@tacticalbassin she's killing it!!
