I really liked this one. It was interesting to see Dooku and Yoda interacting, and Dooku playing a much more central role than usual. Anakin is almost a side character in this story, and other than a theoretical down the road threat from Darth Maul, there's no real need for a chosen one, which I always think is an interesting direction.
I always like what ifs where Dooku survives and turned good again. He’s my favourite character and had good intentions which were whopped by Palpatine in the original timeline.
What if Sidious, Tyrannus, Maul, Asajj, Grievous, And Durge were all in cahoots with another even before TPM there Legends versions in that exact ranking order in power and skill basically Sidious being the master, Tyrannus the apprentice, Maul the top tier acolyte, Asajj the mid tier acolyte, Grievous the main hammer, and Durge the bounty hunter?
Grievous didn't even exist as Grievous until after the start of the Clone Wars, Dooku didn't turn until shortly either before _or_ after TPM depending if you go by DisneyCanon or Legends and Asajj was turned by Dooku. So pre-TPM you'd only really have Sidious, Maul and Durge to work with.
Great idea to use an EMP to disable communication; since the Jedi know in advance about the chips, they can take the necessary steps to prevent Palpatine from executing Order 66 - which happens in almost every What-If when Palpatine is cornered. On the other hand, I think the dioxis wouldn't be enough to kill Palpatine; he'd almost certainly use the Force to shield himself. Sith don't die that easily.
What if Anakin was slightly closer to palpatine when palps revealed himself as Sidious in Revenge of the sith that when Anakin ignited his lightsaber it went through palps head killing him instantly
What if Anakin had been born into/raised by Tusken Raiders? Would he maintain the same personality? Would he be enslaved? Would he pull a Paul Atreides?
What if when Anakin went to ILUM to get his first kyber crystal he found the first NATURAL RED crystal. What if JarJar had a kultz attack and knocked over the vase revealing Palpatine's hidden lightsaber. What if due to childhood trauma Palpatine developed a split personality thus Palpatine DIDN'T KNOW he was Sidious. What if while tinkering with machines Anakin accidentally created a force sensitive droid.
Since Maul was following Ezra, instead of finding his old rival Kenobi, he would find another way to take his revenge (making the son of Anakin Skywalker his apprentice).

What if, instead of thunderous applause, Palpatine's announcement of the Empire was met with grumbles of discontent-said discontent arising from more than one planet's history of Imperial rule and the turmoil that resulted from it?
This was a great talk, it would had been different, could you do what if Anakin was captured by Dooku and revealed to him that palpatine is the Sith Lord
What if Revan wasn't found in stasis until the first year of the clone wars? That would mean that Revan in his prime would be alive and well, and Darth Vitiate's spirit would still be dormant since Revan didn't awake his spirit at Yavin.
What if the Spirit of Exar Kun posessed Anikan. This takes place in the 2003 clone wars. Anakin is onYavin 4, in a fight for his life against the deadly assassin Asarjj Ventress, he is losing but giving into his anger more. During the dule a mystery voice speaks to him offering him aid. As first Anakin his hesetent but as the dule continues the voice is more convincing, finally disarmed and out of options Anakin in his rage and frustration give in. What follows is a short one-sided fight ending with Venttess Easley drafted, Anakin let's out a bestial raw as he prepares to strike ventress down, but stops when the voice gose silent. Ventress fleas and Anakin is left confused angry and afraid. I am imagining the Possession being similar to Jokers posession of Tim Drake in Return of the Joker 🃏 movie. Exar Kun must limit his time possessing Anakin slowly corrupting him, until that moment in the Palpatine's office. After Order 66 Kun reveals himself and deals with Palpatine. Wether or not this ends with Kun being slain by Obi Wan, Yoda and the spirit of Anakin Skywalker or if we have the therd sith empire under exar kun is up to you. Alternatively Exar kun could out play Palpatine by reveling who Palpatine is. He then slowly corrupts others Jedi and starts a new Jedi order claiming the Jedi failed if they allowed a Sith to get that close with out seeing it. In Truth Exar is slowly corrupting new Jedi order with his own Sith teachings. Eventually leading to a new Jedi Civil war or a second clone war. How this ends i leave upto you.
What if dooku designed the inhibitor chips to activate both order 65 and 66 if one of them was executed What if general grievous had six arms was made out of bescar modified with Ysalamiri DNA and had a inhibor chip that made him loyal to dooku
No, not really. Just using the movies, he has little character development. The Clone Wars series made his character and he is a character that it is easy to fill in details because he is old. Anakin's story goes from Episode 1 to episode 6. Even not including the series Anakin has a decent story arc.

He already killed one of his close friends has a "loyal" army at his back and bows to his master with hopes of killing him and remaking the galaxy in an image he feels will be better. Both Anakin and Dooku had lofty dreams of making the world a better place and saw the Jedi in general as the maintainer of the status quo. Both embrace the Dark Side because of promises that it will allow them to make things better (yes, Anakin's main concern is his wife but in episode 2 we see his distain for politics with leanings for a central leader [benevolent] with power to force people to do what is best. We also have the line in episode 3 on mustifar where he states be brought peace and security to his new empire).

Lol Darth tyranus (Count Dooku) does tell obi wan that you show pic of scene on geonosis after obi got captured he tells obi that the Republic is under the control of a dark lord of the sith, hundreds of senators are now under the influence of a sith lord called Darth Sidious then he mentioned trade federation then says sidiouses were associates .
What if galen merrick/Starkiller was the son of darth vader and ahsoka ( I think if disney made those games back then That Would be there new origin for him😅 Which I do have to say would explain why he's so strong But the Fan base would freak out )
Here's one: What if Anakin accidentally sliced his own head off in Episode 3? Like, what if during Anakin's hesitation to decapitate Dooku, the count used a force muscle/mind trick to force Anakin's hands to aim the sabers at his own neck and be killed instead?
