Did that last truck get a puncture in the tire?
It certainly sounded like it. That last truck was the FX4. It comes stock with all-terrains but they are very mild all-terrains that are very close to highway tires. They have less punture resistance on the side wall and he sure was moving up that hill a little too fast. That's one disadvantage it had compared to the other trucks. The raptors are just better off road than it from the start. Better tires and suspension. The Shelby has clearly been lifted. Kind of cool to see of lifted and off road as most people keep them on road and just drag race them. The newer FX4's now have more ground clearance.
@@davidlecroy432 i keep hearing people say the new fx4 has more ground clearance but its not easy to find a set number on google, or where that number is referring too.... ordered a new f150 fx4 hence my interests. i'll probably get it in 6 months or longer if china pulls a puton on Taiwan.
@@nicholas2932 the clearance is 9.5 inches stock. It refers to the lowest point of the truck which would be the differentials. I hope you enjoy your truck once you get it. I have enjoyed mine. Got a 2018 3.5 eco boost FX4. Trucks are not the best thing out there for off-roading due to break over angles and turn radius and width but they can do pretty damn good. It hasn’t let me down yet. Just harder to get in the tighter trails without scratching it all to hell. Sometimes have to swallow my pride and back out. Have fun.
@@davidlecroy432 I am pretty sure that the Shelby Raptor comes with that amount of clearance. I don’t think it was lifted anymore after the fact.
@@timprince490 after looking into, it appears you are right. I wasn’t aware they made an off road Shelby. I was only familiar with the street version. Still a nice truck.

Some people just have no idea on how to off road, speed usually means limp unless you have a baja/pre runner style truck.
