I’m transfem enby/Demigirl and I’m glad I found your channel. I’m having similar thoughts about voice; how much of me wanting to voice train is my own dysphoria, and how much is fear of negative experiences being perceived as trans.
Your comments about presenting femme and continuing to enjoy your deep voice, let’s say, resonated with me! While IMO my biology has many obviously masculine traits, I’ve noticed that often people are surprised at my voice and apparently expecting me to sound higher. It’s nice to have that as confirmation that others see me as feminine, but also realizing that I don’t care how closely I “pass”. I am comfortable being a more androgynous transfemme person. I’m on my 5th month now. What makes spiro different for me is that I drink a lot of strong tea, so I am already accustomed to peeing often and it isn’t any worse with spiro added. The muscle changes have been different, as I had a wide, stocky build. My shoulders and chest were huge, and actually kind of slender now. My arms and legs are still muscular, slightly less. I’ve been both exercising and overeating to increase the fat and muscle redistribution, and it’s going well. I’ve gone from having an upside-down triangle shape to having a bit of hourglass curvature. I actually have hips, which looks great. My boobs are kind of funny, because my chest is large they are very far apart, which makes them look a bit smaller than they are.
"Passing" is definitlely a cisnormative concept that the trans community adopted for survival purposes, without thinking of the underlying social implications, and i'm glad to see more people throwing off those shackles!
And here is me who's having trouble losing muscle on my back... HRT gave me killer thighs though so I'm not complaining but I have no clue what its trying to do.
glad i found your channel its so interesting :) you losing the six pack might be related to fat redistribution because women tend to have more fat just below the surface of the skin but im not really sure. for me after 4 months hrt there hasnt really been a noticable effect on my muscle (i lift a couple times a week). also from what i know finasteride does not block T at all and with pills your T levels might return to cis male levels. I am personally on 6 mg cyproterone acetate w/ e injections (DIY HRT, T at 8ng/dL) and it has had no side effects for me, but my breast has grown concernedly large to the point where boymoding is getting a little tricky. also u look amazing and i love your "deeper" voice lmao
I definitely need to start exercising again, it's just tough haha. Yeah it doesn't seem like there are many good options for testosterone blockers in the USA but I'm hoping I find what works for me. Thank you!

In term sof *ahem* function, yeah meds adjustments can help, spiro is known to have more of an effect that way than other antiandrogens, but also, some of it is just your body rewiring itself. Finasteride ain't great a a general antiandrogen, so it isn't a default option. Often somewhere around 9 or 10 months, HOW you react to things and errogenous zones and stuff often change i.e. maps to a large clitoris and external vulva (and clitorises do get hard, if not entirely AS hard as a penis on t). A dip in sex drive often comes back at that point although may require different stimulus to get going. This all varies quite a lot, but in general. So just... pay attention yeah but a lot of things will be hit or miss during the first two thirds or so of a year because there's a lot being changed. And uh yeah the first year, the mental processing of some changes CAN be rough, despite the usual narrative of every last thing feeling totally natural etc. Not always! Or they can set off dysphoria you didn't know about, that can take time to understand, and brains LOVE to identify whatever the most recent thing is as a threat. Good on you for spending that time, it's the way through. You can also get topic t gel to apply directly as a solution.

Everything is made up, anything we want to do is valid! I'm glad you found the channel :)
Gaining girl-fat will also disguise muscles even if they don't diminish.
The dichotomy of girl-fat, love that for her

I wouldn't rule out the possibility of becoming a shapeshifting cloud of seudo-biological nanobots just yet
This is the third-best thing to shapeshift into, very good choice

It's tough because I don't want to work out too much to avoid the bulk, but I also don't want to just sit and atrophy

Yeah, I wish there were more options in the USA but sadly here we are
I didn't know a way to avoid Spiro other than Monotherapy. So I'm currently doing that.
