Fantastic cover man! The coin trick used for the scraping harmonics is very ingenious, who knew...! Btw I have to say, I checked the other videos of your channel and it's actually uncanny how similar our taste in music is and how great of a player you are, please keep posting!
Thanks so much! Appreciate the kind words. And that's awesome that we have such similar tastes in music. Thanks for the sub! Yeah, the coin trick is awesome. Wish I could take credit for it. Learned it from the Tool community and was really impressed at how well it works for this song.
I was so surprised at how simple the tab was. The technique and execution is another thing, but I always imagined TOOL having the most confusing guitar sections ever.
@@gerardomartinez576 Oh I know its still gonna have its challenges but hey its a tool song i can have a crack at without hurting my head and that's just cool
I hear ya. This is definitely one of the easier Tool songs to learn. Execution is another thing, as others have said. But this is a great place to start for learning Tool on guitar! 🤘
Thanflange. Just use a coin for the scrape feedback effects. Along with some delay and flanger. I quickly switch back to a pick for playing the song though.
