    We used to have one years ago whenever they first came out. Stock this bike was awesome. The only thing we added was a backrest. Nothing as far as cruisers could keep up with it at the time. Stock exhaust was impressive. Paid $10k cash new...

      What I don't like about it is that it has a 1st short gear! At like 40km an hour you need to shift to 2nd, otherwise rpm goes way up and it screams! What are your thoughts on it?

      I have also been riding Vulcan 1500 and it has a very short 1st gear too!👎

      It has been proven that the Japanese bikes are more reliable and dependable than that of a Harley Davidson. They are cheaper to maintain and spend more time with the rider than in the shop.

      I happily own a 2001 Vulcan Nomad 1500FI with a custom front fairing etc...I love your (former) VN2000, Dave. Great job on the video! Please come back and demo your next ride. Long live the KAW!

    Mine revs 5250rpm. Rev limiter not a racer. It's a cruiser 🇭🇲

    Does that seat come stock? Looks really comfortable for some long rides.

      No its a corban custom seat and your right very good for long rides.

    WOW, that seat is everything ive been looking for my 04. Do you rmb what is it called? Ive been looking for something like this but buying aftermarket parts for it is very hard this days

      Thanks I’m trying to remember it came from Italy I think, Jarco springs to mind but I’ll try and check I’ve never seen one since but it was really comfortable. 👍

      It was great spent many hours in that, longest road trip 16 hours straight not many bikes I could that on. Queenstown to NP, NZ

      I have owned 2 Harley's and 3 VN2000's, I agree that the Japanese copy many things and often improve small points and we benefit, I have never been movitated by the brand more the way it's engineered and handles, have you ever riden a VN2000? you would know what I'm talking about. Great bikes thou in my opinion.
