Okashun soy español!!! Un gusto verte hacer paella, cocinas muy bien. Yo también amo la cocina, te doy algunos consejos para la próxima vez:
1. Triturar los tomates - si echas el tomate triturado el arroz absorberá mejor su jugo.
2. Una vez cocinados el ajo y cebolla, añadir tomate triturado y hacer bastante tiempo, hasta que quede una pasta de verduras, esto se llama sofrito.
3. Añadir pimenton o paprika al sofrito mejorara el sabor.
4. En españa añadimos el arroz crudo primero, lo revolvemos con el sofrito (mezcla de verduras) y luego añadimos el caldo. Echamos el arroz sin cocer con las verduras y lo revolvemos en la sarten unos minutos, luego echamos el caldo.

yo soy de Mallorca, a la paella, a parte del sofrito y el arroz, le pongo pollo, conejo, calamar, gambas, mejillones, judías verdes, sal y azafrán. a veces también la hago de bacalao y brócoli. voy sofriendo todo en aceite de oliva y lo voy echando a una olla con agua hirviendo, al final sofrío el arroz y le echo el caldo con los ingredientes muy caliente. se quedan así, sólo se colocan los mejillones. el recipiente tiene que ser ancho y bajo. 😊

@@Samurai_daily_lifeI’m pretty sure you can find Brazilian products in Japan, though I’m not sure if they have a reasonable prices. I think a better experience would be the Brazil Festival at Yoyogi Park in Shibuya. It happens at the end of July.
Hello from Malaysia! I can find peaceful mind when watching your video. In this world, many people are struggling with life. Adulthood is so hard and stressful in 30s. This is indeed a difficult age in life, parents are getting old, some people are starting a family, some people are single, in whatever situation 30s is a strange period that you have to "act" being an adult, where I think many people are not ready for this change. Life is too stressful at 30s, thank you for reminding that we should learn from you to cherish every moment. 你那個叫生雞蛋拌飯，不叫蛋炒飯。蛋炒飯的做法如下：1.先將蒜頭壓碎並切成細塊，然後用油熱炒一下。 2.再將雞蛋加進去，連同蒜頭熱炒一下（雞蛋要炒成如蒜頭一樣的細塊）。 3.將煮熟後的米飯（放置在冰箱冷藏吃不完的米飯也可以：冷藏超過2天以上最好不要使用），連同蒜頭＆雞蛋熱炒，此時再加上一點醬油（濃稠的，清淡的不行）熱炒一下，香噴噴的蛋炒飯便完成了！ 超好吃的，你可以嚐試一下。

這是基本的蛋炒飯，加些配料的話，就成為不一樣的蛋炒飯，如：肉絲（牛肉、雞肉、豬肉）蛋炒飯、鳳梨蝦仁蛋炒飯、火腿蛋炒飯、培根蛋炒飯、鮭魚蛋炒飯、玉米粒蛋炒飯、鳳梨肉鬆蛋炒飯、德式香腸蛋炒飯……，隨你變化。(配料也要下去熱炒一下，不可以用未煮熟的。)
有些蛋炒飯會不用蒜頭，改用蔥（切碎），並加些楜椒增加味道。你可以比較蛋炒飯加蒜頭與加蔥的味道有何分別？加楜椒與不加楜椒的味道有何不同？

It’s funny but outside Valencia, Paella is always made with seafood. All over Spain and the rest of the world. In Norway on Constitution day, the Spanish embassy invites Spanish people to eat and drink and the always make a beautiful seafood paella for everyone ❤

I make Spanish rice. We fry the rice first get it brown then add. Tomato sauce or the tomatoes. Water chicken or beef stock. Garlic, onion. Cumin. Let it cook all together and it gets nice and fluffy. You're choice if you wanna add peppers.

also I like you tried paella! I'm glad that you liked it ❤
can I give you some advice? next time add tomato paste (like puree) you can also buy fresh tomatoes and make like a paste with them. Then add this tomato paste like soup with the garlic and the onion after frying them. Then you add the rice without water. stir the rice in your pan mixing it with the tomato paste and onions/garlic. Do not let the rice get toasty but just a little transparent then keep adding the water or fish soup(it's better than water). I also recommend using round rice because it absorbs the flavours of the fish better. then you can add the shrimps/fish you want 😊
you can also make paella but with meat! we ate here with rabbit meat(but you can do it with any meat), mushrooms and artichokes, chopped onion and garlic as well 😊 you just change ths fish for meat haha
