100%. The keto nonsense set me back so far. All the leanest guys I know in person all eat carbs. Not a single guy I asked was low carb. Just have to make sure the carbs are healthy complex sources but yes they all eat carbs. My cousin also got out prison ripped and he was chubby coming in and he said their diet was 80% carbs.

Thoughts on having a cheat meal per week? As long as it’s under maintenance calories.
if it suits you then go for it. 1 meal will not ruin the week but 1 whole day can.
