    Regular sea salt (the generic crap from any grocery store) contains no magnesium or potassium. Pink Himalayan salt contains all 3 electrolytes.

    Good content as some one who's not been to the gym in the last 3 months and not been eating that well as I've been working 72h+ a week I've gone back to around 34%bf. Defo inspired me to get my self back in the gym. Would be interested to to sine up to ur website but there's nothing to say how much it will cost.

      if it suits you then go for it. 1 meal will not ruin the week but 1 whole day can.

      7-9 hours a night. As you get leaner your body will need the rest so then I recommend 9 hours

    Keto and Energy, two things are in confrontation. The reason is that Keto is extremely unhealthy. There is no places on the planet where population eats keto. All long life populations, blue zone use predominantly plant based diets.

      100%. The keto nonsense set me back so far. All the leanest guys I know in person all eat carbs. Not a single guy I asked was low carb. Just have to make sure the carbs are healthy complex sources but yes they all eat carbs. My cousin also got out prison ripped and he was chubby coming in and he said their diet was 80% carbs.
