Yes, that is Brad's wife, actress Kimberly Williams Paisley. Brad has some great songs, a lot of them funny and clever, some of them much more deep and meaningful. He and Dolly did a duet called, When I Get Where I'm Going which is a meaningful great song from them.
Waiting on a Woman, with Andy Griffith, is another good one.
Brad is a really good singer, and he has several of these type songs. He also is part of probably one of the saddest songs ever recorded. " Whisky Lullaby". You will like him.
Yes that song is super sad but I think that I Wish You Would Stay rivals it. They're sad in different ways I guess. Whiskey lullaby is a really sad story, And the other one is a really touching song not necessarily sad..... I usually lump it in there with Kenny Chesney's Who You'd Be Today.

Whiskey Lullaby makes me bawl like a baby. I've watched a couple rea riots to the video and they just irritate me. They immediately just latch on to "oh, f*ck her. I don't care that she dies" and just completely miss the story/lesson and kill it.

Her name is Kimberly Williams Paisley, and she played the leading lady's sister, on "According to Jim" ---also, the movie "Father of the Bride", I think. Anyway, Brad saw her in that movie, said "I'm gonna marry that girl"!! They got her to play this part, and that was all she wrote!!! They've been married for over 25 years, and have 2 sons!! They live in Nashville, and have a charity that feeds needy people wholesome, farm-grown foods!! ❤️

He's got great versatility for songs. Fun, sad, thought provoking, serious, comical, he's one of the best country singers, and he's very good with a guitar.
So many people crap on country music for the "twang", but they never really listen to it. They either hear from other people that it's no good, or they hear a couple of songs they couldn't really enjoy for whatever reason and decide that since they didn't like those songs that all country music must be the same. But a good country song is a story that you can relate to. Modern country tends to hit or miss, in my opinion, but go back from around the mid 2000s and there's a lot of good stuff, and pre-90s has a lot for just about anyone.
Reba McEntire is also an extraordinary country singer, Trace Adkins, George Strait, George Jones, Johnny "The Man in Black" Cash (his cover of Hurt is an experience, especially when you know the story around it, and the original writer heard Johnny sing it, and he said something along the lines of "it's his song now" because of how emotional it was), Jerry Reed, Willie Nelson, Dierks Bentley, Toby Keith, Alan Jackson, I could go on for quite a list. I'll listen to most genres and find songs I like, but I was raised on country music, and there are so many great stories to enjoy. Trace Adkins has a song called "Songs About Me", and it can fit any genre of music, and the message is pretty clear.

That's Kimberly Williams. She's his real wife. She played Jim's sister-in-law on the TV series...According to Jim. Brad's made a cameo appearance on it a couple of times. I love that show. Really funny!! Brad has a lot of great songs!! If you haven't yet, check out...Alcohol!! He sings a lot of funny songs, but when they aren't, you can see just how great of a singer he is!!

One thing about Brad Paisley, he has a serious side to him, but he also has a sense of humor. Along with being amazing guitar player, he is is awesome song writer. I recommend you should check out the music video “Bucked Off”. Not the rodeo version, but the live version. Yes, many people will recommend Ticks, Remind Me, with Carrie Underwood, etc. Bucked off is a fun one that shows Brad’s sense of Humor.

"When Brad Paisley took a date to see the movie Father of the Bride in 1991, he had no idea the film’s lead actress would end up being his wife. After that relationship went south and he saw the movie’s sequel by himself a few years later, he decided he had to get to know the pretty brunette from the movie screen."
He went on to say he thought she seemed like she'd be smart and funny (and of course, gorgeous 😉) and was just really taken with her. So when they were preparing to make this video for "I'm going to miss her" he had his people reach out to her, invite her to be in the video and she accepted! They got to know each other pretty quickly during the shoot and began dating; and as they say, the rest is history.😊💗🤵👰
