my PA58 is now saying "watch not worn" even when its properly worn when I want to record anything that uses the heart rate sensor. It used to work. Also, only 1of the 2 LED lights at the back of the watch flashes now & not very bright. I've already tried restarting. How do I fix this? Any help is appreciated. ❤

Well I had a fitbit before this and it is better. but really the only thing that's better is that you can read whatsapp messages from it and it looks nicer. but it's definitely worth the price.

U just have to go onto the app, then go to the place where u choose ur faces, then go to other the scroll down and just tap on weather and put it on and off then on again

The time automatically syncs up with your phone. If the watch is not connecting then you must forget it on the phone and then connect it again and it should reconnect. Hope this helped.

Hi, it's compatible with both IOS and android . On standby the battery lasts 7 days and about 5 days if your always wearing it. You only get 1 strap it's not the best quality but it's definitely usable but you can buy a better quality one if needed. There are 3 watch faces.
If the phone is connected to the watch and you get a call, it will vibrate and you can end the call but you can't pick up because the watch doesn't have a mic or speaker

I just bought this on Sunday the 3rd January 2021 thinking it would make my life bit easier but it turned out to be piece of junk. I can't read my SPO2, BP N HEART RATE this junk always tells me the watch is nor worn. Waste of money.
This is a terrible watch. I have one. Very limited in capabilities, only offers 3 face options, impossible to use while swimming as the water activates the touch sensor and by doing so it deactivates anything you are busy doing on your watch, like doing lap times or whatever. Same happens in the bath or shower. The water activates the touch pad. I wouldn't bother buying this watch. Yes it's cheap but it's utter shit.

I don’t think you are doing anything wrong. I think the watch just doesn’t always pick up everything like it should

I'm sorry to hear that, I think it might be broken though I'm not sure. I haven't had any of those kind of issues so I'm not quite sure.
How good is the quality of the strap
It's not really that good it gathers dust quite easily and is flimsy but it's still usable. You can always replace it since it's removable.

Can you download music onto the watch or do you have to have your phone with you?
There is no speaker on the watch so you can't download anything. The watch can only pause or skip music that's playing on your phone.
