This particular watch in the video is a cheap smartwatch. If you really need something that can work without cellphone or relying on your cellphone , please try apple watch series 7, 8 or latest Samsung galaxy watches. Thank you, sir.

Thank you for the comment. I understand your situation. I don't think there is a way to receive them separately. It depends on the UI preinstalled in the watch by the manufacturer. Nothing can be done to the watch front our end. So sorry about that.☹️

Connect Watch via phone Bluetooth with assigned watch app. Then, connect earbuds to your Bluetooth.
