Gregory Baum: Life, Work, and Friendship - Rudolf J. Siebert

In this video, the Critical Theorist and Catholic Theologian, Rudolf J. Siebert, discusses his long friendship with the theologian Gregory Baum. In conjunction with Dr. Dustin J. Byrd, Dr. Siebert discusses Baum's life and work as a Jewish Berliner, a Catholic priest, his role in the Second Vatican Council, as well as his later troubles with the Catholic Church. Siebert and Baum's long friendship came to an end with Baum's death in October of 2017.
