A rainy day at St Denis and Lots of CSX trains

its the day after Christmas and i went to St Denis to go see some CSX trains and test out my new Camcorder! But i was not expecting to see 5 trains within one hour!

Closer to DC

Why is there a police car to the left at the beginning?

Not sure I think they have to be there because people walk along the tracks sometimes
