I wish I would have watched this video before I made a mess all over my kitchen. Love the idea of cutting the molds so much easier without the mess. Thank you.
This is the best way by far and I've tried them all!!! I'm not as fast as you are at it so I get to about 6 cups and start the second round before continuing on with the seventh's first round. I didn't find a need to use the refrigerator at all. It sounds like it depends on where you live possibly. You are so slick and seamless with your seams. I'm still having issues with that. Thank you so much for taking time and showing us this technique!!
I agree! Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge! I have been trying to make these and I decided to make on at a time in a six mold because I was having problems but I'm getting out my scissors. Thank you so much and God Bless you! Hope you have a wonderful CHRISTmas!
Thank you for watching.. I know the feeling.....first time a heard someone say to cut them I thought they were genius. I went on further in cutting them round so that the edges wouldn't overlap and tilt the molds
I ordered the mold to make my bombs and I cut them the way you did but my molds are lumpy they are not even What do you recommend me to do to get rid of the bumps Does anyone have an idea what should I do 😣.. ...?
I use different things......clear plastic cupcake holders are great....especially for groups of 4. I make labels with instructions of how to make them and put them on the container. I also use treat baggies.....I tie a cute ribbon and include a tag with instructions.
Thank you Joey but there isn't any confusion. Its really a matter of preference. I'm so glad a tablespoon works well for you. I don't like having too much left in the molds because it take a bit longer to cool before moving on to the second round of coating.
Are you using a flexible mold? If so try to gently and slowly peel the mold back. If that doesn't help, what brand of chocolate are you using. Maybe that has something to do with it.
I love the suggestion to cut the molds apart! Great idea. But even more -- I loved your child running thru with the mask on. So funny and adorable :)
Its hard keeping twin 3 year olds busy....lol.
Ok, you're a bloody genius. Much more practical, less talky and straight to the point. Also much more organized! Thank you!
Thank you, glad you enjoy the videos!
That’s the best tutorial I’ve seen ! Can’t wait to try it this way.
Thanks for watching Dawn.....I love finding tutorials and could not find any good ones when I started so I figured I'd share what I've learned.

Fantastic video! Thank you so much for sharing
Thank you for watching
This looks SO much easier! The mold is so difficult to work with in one piece.
Thank you for watching.. I know the feeling.....first time a heard someone say to cut them I thought they were genius. I went on further in cutting them round so that the edges wouldn't overlap and tilt the molds
@@blakehamilton3492 That's exactly how I feel about them overlapping. I have squares this size also and it's time to cut them down too. Lol
This is a great video!!!! TFS
Love the video... and your Batman in the background,,
Thank you.....having 3 year twins is always fun....especially when doing a video....lol
You da bomb! Excellent tutorial!

I also cut my mold and roll the chocolate in the mold, it’s easier that way
Best video I've seen 👏 👌
Thank you! 🙂
Awesome!!!
Thanks!
Well explained video! Are you going to do a video how you decorate them? Would really love to see that!...... Great Job!👍
I can......my Cookies and Cream video show a little decorating. Currently prepping my Grinch Bomb video to upload it that shows decorating too.
@@blakehamilton3492 Thank you .... I'll be waiting Impatiently! Lol. You got a new subscriber! ....I'm off to see the other video
I ordered the mold to make my bombs and I cut them the way you did but my molds are lumpy they are not even
What do you recommend me to do to get rid of the bumps
Does anyone have an idea what should I do 😣.. ...?
Great job! Looks sooo good😋
Thank you
Holy cow, this was your FIRST video?!? WOW! 27k views is AWESOME! Great job!
Thanks!
When packaging to give as a gift, how do you suggest doing that? This is the best tutorial.
I use different things......clear plastic cupcake holders are great....especially for groups of 4. I make labels with instructions of how to make them and put them on the container. I also use treat baggies.....I tie a cute ribbon and include a tag with instructions.
Package in cupcake holders, then in to a pretty gift box with shreds of paper in the bottom for them to nestle on. Pretty bow and done.
Where did you get your moulds from? I haven’t found any that looks to be this circular or big enough!
The link to those is in the description.....these are 70mm
@@blakehamilton3492 thank you! I'm so sorry I didn't notice beforehand
👏🏻👏🏻
✌️
I don’t think creative enough to do anything like this but this video is good!
Yum!
It's a tablespoon guys. I just made these in the same mold and it takes a little more than 1 tbsp. :) I think she got confused for a sec.
Thank you Joey but there isn't any confusion. Its really a matter of preference. I'm so glad a tablespoon works well for you. I don't like having too much left in the molds because it take a bit longer to cool before moving on to the second round of coating.
I don't understand how people don't use gloves when doing this...That's why I make my own things like this...Nice work though!
I still can’t seem to pop my chocolate out of the mold??! What am I doing wrong. The chocolate breaks.
Are you using a flexible mold? If so try to gently and slowly peel the mold back. If that doesn't help, what brand of chocolate are you using. Maybe that has something to do with it.
Do you happen to know the size of the half sphere mold?
They are about 2.6 inches.
70 mm
Does anyone know the size of the mold?
They are about 2.6 inches
70 mm
I'm sure a double boiler isn't meant to be touching the water
Thank you.....This one is pretty small and shallow and was right above the water.
Where do u find the molds?
The link is in the description......they are definitely hard to find.
Hi New Subbie here Let’s support each other! I love your tutorial it’s awesome! I tried making those too but mine were tiny. Thanks for sharing!
The bottom of your chocolate pot should NEVER touch the water on a double boiler!
Lol. Ok Karen
Where did you get the molds from
