I truly love and appreciate how authentic you are yet not over the top like other channels! You are dressed like somebody that's working in the kitchen, and NOT going to a wedding. I guess what I'm trying to say is thank you for being real and I enjoyed watching this!
Your husband is one of the luckiest guys on the planet! How does he do it, stay thin that is,all that great food. As always you two are my high light of my week, thank you for sharing your wonderful recipes.
The napkin made by your aunt reminded me of pillowcases my grandmother had--a friend made the crochet edges that are very much like the edges on your napkin. I still have some! Thank you for the story about this beautiful item.
Wow they look so delicious and moist. Gracias Rosanna for this great recipe. Definitely going to try this recipe I know they'll come out as good as yours. Thank you 🌹🙏
Loved this video. Thank You. Wishing I could fit this in our Tamalada but we would still have to make an equal amount of our traditional red ones and we are running out of steam ( 80 years old ). Already planning on making chicken and chili, cheese and chili, beef, red pork and a small batch of sweet ones . I would appreciate seeing this process done with a Kitchenaid mixer and possibly using fresh masa. You create great videos, ! I can taste it and am inspired by it. Our mercado bought fresh masa ( not masa preparado ) only allows for the addition of a small quantity of additional liquid getting to the float stage. Any ideas on whether or not it can be seasoned with chili. ?
Can you tell us about keeping these in the fridge for leftovers? Do they keep or do you really want to eat them as soon as they're cooked? Love your vids, thank you!
Hi! I don’t have an instapot/pressure cooker…can I slow cook pork in a crock pot? What would be your suggestion for an alternate method? Excited to try this!
They look amazing Rosanna , these Tamales 🫔 look great. Correction the Ojas are called husks , not leaf’s lol so funny when u said that tho but need to be corrected ok 😆

I love that you don't waste any opportunity to add another layer of flavour! Roasting the peppers, having seasoning in the masa, etc. Awesome!!

Let them cool down completely. Then store in an airtight container or zip lock bag. Store in the fridge for up to a week, or freeze them.
