They look amazing....I want that carbon fiber handle so bad, I picked up 2 ESP's when they first came out, love them, I'm struggling though because the new st.croix victory looks amazing, the shimano zodias is great(have the spinning model), and I don't have any G loomis rods, they just updated their entry level lineup, ahhhhhh decisions lol
My brother in law is my fishing buddy and pretty new to fishing so he doesn't have much gear yet so I picked him up the hook bundle, soft plastics bundle, a couple tungsten weights and a few jerk baits for Christmas. I was really impressed with the hook bundle that I just ordered myself one too while I'm restocking for next season! I personally love the 6th sense hooks
I got one of those Team 6 rods (7”9’ extra heavy swimbait rod) like 10 days ago and absolutely love it. I asked my wife for that same reel for Christmas, hopefully she gets it for me.
The multi rod sleeve is a life saver! I fit 5 baitcasters no problem and could easily add 1 or 2 more spinning rods. It just takes a little effort because you want to slide the sleeve over all of them at once
I can attest to the stoutness of the stout hooks, snagged a rock and had to snap 20lb flouro, which wasn't easy on a kayak. I'm looking forward to a long term review of the reel I've been looking at one for a while now and just haven't pulled the trigger. The rod, meh, don't care for the way the handle looks, I'm a cork handle guy.
I have the rod mule and I'll say at first I didn't like it but after awhile it is pretty nice the only thing I'll say is the sling where you carry it I wish it tightened a pill more it hangs down a lil far and at times it makes it awkward but all in all I'd say for bank fishing most have
those hooks are really good! that’s all i use now the wide gaps don’t bend out at all with heavy rods and braid and they work just as good with fluro🤙🏽
I kinda kicked myself in the butt cause I just bought a dobyns furry 806 for big swimbaits cause every 6th sense rod was sold out then they came out with the team 6 line and it has a 7'9 xh swimbait rod and it's a good one too

The 1st Gen Concepts are way better in my opinion.

no thoughts on superiority. It is more comfortable for most right handed people. Power in the hookset is in the right hand not the left.
Love the LH retrieve, more pro anglers need to endorse these. RH retrieve and switching hands is pointless
