Wow. It almost looks better than a large home. The fixtures , design, lighting and color choices make this home look extravagant. You can really make a small home look like a million dollars.
I agree 100%! Just beautiful! My hubby and I are in our mid 50's and making those 'decision's' about life, our current 3 bedroom house we no longer really need etc. I LOVE this!!!!!!!!

This little home is gorgeous I love the dark cherry wood finishes the furniture is beautiful the kitchen is just amazing if I had the money I would buy one this is the future of homes you don't need a whole lot of room if you don't have a large family it would be great for a single person .
it 's about time I see some thing that I can live in .as a single person ,that spends most of his time outside, they enter HOME AND IT DO NOT CLOSED THEM IN .enjoyable setting to fell comfie.
Nicest one I've seen yet.... I would extend the counter/table in the kitchen out to allow for storage under it. I would also rearrange the living furniture for more comfortable tv viewing. Well done !
Really doesn't take much does it. From living aboard sailboats this is a mansion! Smaller homes are the future. Build them higher for some flood protection. Park under them. Hide your washer, drier and water heater downstairs An entire neighborhood on the second floor. Build a porch around the house and hang a canoe or small boat over the railing. Build rope cable walking bridges here and there. I can see it. Make everthing look like it is built up in the trees!
Don't forget the disabled and the elderly! If you build entire neighborhoods on stilts, how are the disabled and elderly supposed to live in them or visit anyone who lives in one?
Wow, that is beautiful. I think it would be nice if one side of the porch had a ramp for folks who are in a wheelchair or who use a walker. It would be also nice if there were a pantry or more room for food storage. Where did you hide the washer and dryer? Where do you build these?
Everyone is asking how much under $50,000 but I guarantee you could build it yourself for one third of the cost that's how much markup is and is the reason why our Country is broke. The tiny house movement began under 400 square feet and less than $10,000 now builders jumped in and when I was at a tiny house festival in Massachusetts 3 days ago they were asking $80,000- plus for smaller than this one but good part is ZERO property taxes......
How can someone build this themselves be quite... most ppl cant do construction work and you need approval from the city for a license contractor fool....
I'm not experienced enough to be able to do all of that, but you could probably cut out some of the upscale amenities, such as the granite counter top, and a few other things to bring the costs down.
