Only items excluded from design - would or could have included a slanted roof with solar panels installed, (1 set to power a solar geezer) and rain water collections addition fir rain water collection, piped into a storage unit. Where the slated roof / could have created interior vertical air space, or a small attic for additional storage space etc ??

Really like the color of sofa and size of it also kitchen set up . Like all the windows. Didn't see any washer a nd dryer utility or enough of closet space. But nicely arranged.

Nice house, but like kitchen shelves up higher. And would love to see a refrigerator higher to. Can not bend over to much because of a bad back. Would love to see sliding doors to. Bathroom sink with no selves under it.
There is closets on either side of the bed they small thou. I think this would be great for a air b&b / holiday house, for quest as a seperate unit from the main house or a teenager/college appartment. I would replace the couch with a 2 seater and go smaller with the dinning set too, keeping it all just for 2 as the the table and 4 chairs seems cramped and definitely use a bed with drawers underneath for bedding ect. And go with build in convection microwave with a 2 plate hob top.
