Cool. Love the cook. When I make my giant pancakes I'll pour the naked batter down first, then drop in my fruit/chocolate/etc immediately after. Makes for a more uniform pancake.
👍Great video, ... but you need to splurge and use real maple syrup. 🙂I've been starting my Blackstone on low. Actually it only will start on low. Seems to be a common issue with these new safety propane regulators. Thanks for the pancake info.

Oh awesome! Yes, we actually found that the xl ones cooked really well! The batter was thicker, which really helped, especially when including chocolate chips and strawberries!🤙😄

Chloe’s appearance streak is alive! I think I would cook some sausage crumbles and add that to the batter and cook the pancakes in the sausage grease for extra flavor! Love the “Listen Linda” reference... Cheers my brother!
We used to use the name brand pancake mix then we tried the store brand. We love the store brand better. The pancakes are tender and fluffier. Chocolate and raspberry sound amazing. But more raspberries and chocolate chips next time.

when i put butter on my griddle top and spread it around with the bottom of a spatula like shown here, the spatula bottom is always covered in a brownish oil. My pancakes then pick it up off the griddle, making them taste bad. I've watched your tips on cleaning after cooking, but still get the same results. Any Tips?
Okay, we have another tip for cleaning - after the griddle surface is cleaned off, we use oil to lightly wipe with. If the paper towel or rag is still brown, we repeat the process. The oil will pull out any remains if the cook. We do this until the paper towel wipes and looks clear, or just the color of the oil. Also, butter burns relatively quickly, if using butter, we lay it down, and then whatever we are cooking in it down quickly. Hope these tips help! 🤙🤙

no way i can cook pancakes on medium. I just got my blackstone and with out a doubt controlling the heat is going to be my number one issue. Maybe that will change over time.

Pretty sure "slather" is the word you're looking for. Lather refers to soap or shampoo, ie Lather, Rinse, Repeat. Great video though!!
