it was helpful Thanks. Sir can you please also guide how to calculate sample size in comparative diagnostic accuracy studies. like if I have two diagnostic techniques, then whose sensitivity and specificity value will be considered in the reference study.
Just take both sensitivities of two different tests and use the formula of comparison of two proportion in WHO sample size calculator
if sensitivity is in percentage convert it into proportion by dividing it with 100
Only sensitivity we have to take for comparative not specificity?
