when I am clicking on 7.2 I m not getting estimate option. please guide
If the reference article has ranges in percentages not in SD.
Then you're reference study is not appropriate.. look for the study in which results are in mean and SD
if standard deviation is not given in the study then what to enter in SD, sir please enlighten

Why we selected two sided test
2 sided test is for 2 sided hypothesis.. means your results can be both ways.. positive or negative.. and it's safe to select 2 sided test Coz in 2 sided sample is bit larger and it covers one sided hypothesis as well
