kindly sir. help if population is 650370 and confidence level 95% and margin of error is 5%. and previously research in these area is not available and sample size is calculated by using single population proportion formula

Sir, much anticipated and great video Wanted to ask something, if your outcome variable is qualitative but has more than 2 possibilities for example if your outcome variable is frequency of blood group type which has multiple possible outcomes like A+, B+ O- etc. then which percentage should you use as anticipated proportion the value of most common one or the least common one?
