I see Keto products at Publix and Kroger’s. Even Walmart has it. We have a Sam’s Club membership, if we go there I may see if they have it there. My niece makes mug muffins and mug cakes. They’re delicious 😋!
@@ehlersdanlosandi unfortunately our town use to be somewhat small but now it’s like it’s getting crowded! Of course it’s a Army town, so a lot of military families come there because it’s close to the Army post.

I live in a town with only 2,800 people, but our local grocery store has a few options surprisingly! I love to cook though.
