so meaning Oneplus will go for none Samsung Oled panels like BOE right?
because there are issues that even replacing the screen with Samsung made panels, it would still get the green line issues
but the BOE made panels won't. ?

Even my battery dropped by 1% on 11r but 13.1 i received 2 updates currently 581 version.

I saw your video yesterday and went to the Bangalore service centre today,within 45 minutes they repaired the device with a new display. Previously I've tried 3 times in different service centers including this one, but it was not resolved. Thanks for the information, It was helpful for me 👏👏

Today I went to op service centre in netaji Subhash place,delhi.. they flatly refused for the screen replacement,and same dialogue was spoken by rote that the parts(screen) is not available for replacement,even I showed your video to them,yet nothing changed, m really pissed with op,I was huge fan since I having been using theirs devices since op3,
But now m really disheartened and don't want to opt for any new OnePlus on the basis of such experience,

Now after getting the update phone version is international (KB2005)

I have issue with the pink line too after the update. But there is no chance in replacing my display. When I went to the customer care there were no display's available. They tried to offer me the display with paid price. My case was bad bcz I came abroad for my study from India with the same pink lined one plus 8t mobile. My mobile don't even have any damages. Is there any chance that I can get these screen replaced free here in USA? Can someone help me with this issue.

Your video helped me cause in my 8t back panel was broken and had a big circle of dead pixels... had doubt about that two points if I will be eligible for the voucher because of this video of yours i countered the service agent to consider the dead pixels...got voucher value of 27k...if i was to sell in second hand market i will be getting 5k-10k... 27k for a 3 year old device with that much damage is a good deal.. thanks

Bro I updated my phone one plus 8 on 29th sept to Android 13.1 version. The next day I got flickering green line then after some time it stopped so I restarted it. After restart it was normal then after few mins it changed to green screen. No screen damage nor the phone fell on the ground.Catch is back panel glass is cracked ( it happened last yr) . Have doubt if I will be eligible for free screen replacement??
