Oneplus users are currently facing green line issue and pink line issue in their smartphones which is very disappointing for them. Oneplus has come up with a solution but that doesn’t seem to be best for each user. Oneplus is giving voucher of amount more than 19000₹ rupees to the users depending upon the conditon of their device.

I have also faced green line problem OnePlus 8T. I talked to OnePlus care and they told me to go to service centre and check if it is free and I will get the screen replaced.After that I went to Jaipur service center to check the phone and asked for 2 hours time to replace the bad screen. After 2 hours they gave me free screen replacement thanks oneplus.
What were the conditions for this free replacement?

I went to the OnePlus service centre and showed them the mobile. They checked and told me that since no spare displays were available, they would be giving me a voucher. The value probably depends on the condition of the mobile. Mine was in perfect condition.

If you have external damage, you may not be able to get an exchange voucher or even screen replacement unless you pay for it. That is what the people at the OnePlus Service Centre road he.

Just to add for 3 year old phone 60% product value is not bad, I am happy with the upgrade done by OnePlus
Not really. The coupons cannot be used for other brands and at this point anyone with OnePlus 8/9 series has completely lost value in OnePlus. To add more on this if you check other trade-in/exchange values prior to this issue you get better option than this voucher.
