Trust me man if I had 150 Grand you would be the one that built my buggy and you would be the one that watched it with everybody's ass you build some damn good buggies some damn strong buggies I would love to own one I work two jobs couldn't get close to it

Can you make knuckles for 99-04
No sir, 99-04 knuckles are not a good platform for high steer
Drilling and tapping the knuckle seems like a bad idea. Opens up a bunch of potential fracture points. For that reason I went with the weld on option.
Welding to a cast knuckle is a bad idea, we have seen many failures from improper pre/post heat procedure on them. These keyed machined knuckles and high steer arms have zero failures on rock bouncers that get absolutely thrashed on.

I'm glad they made the product and it's a great way to open up that market to those who are to scared of or just uneducated on proper weld preparation/proper techniques and more then likely then also a not so great welder or welders themselves or that they are paying... that's all.

no they are still there just not used typically

Need to make one for the dodge dana 60. need to make a new nuckle. mabey I don't know what I'm talking about. But that's why people run the ford is because the dodge nuckle. If we built a custom nuckle for the dodge I would buy a pair in a high steer kit.

we haven't ran out of the Super 60s yet
@@wcmwfab935 dodge stuff is low pinion. The ford axle is much stronger so we service it and not the dodge

The 99-04 isnt really a strong enough knuckle. The shafts are limited to 35 spline and 1480 joints. The knuckles are fairly weak too. I dont see us making this package for those knuckles
