Oh my gosh… it’s my portion control. I’ve been on Keto for several years but have stalled this past year after losing 45 lbs. I’ve been eating on autopilot with creeping cream intake as I watched you pour it in the coffee. What an eye opener!! Thanks for this video!!! ❤

I was just thinking about this! I was starting to question some of the eating patterns I follow and why. Thanks Dr Becky for taking the thoughts that were just starting to formulate in my mind into actionable steps. I just realized the other day that I was eating lunch & I wasn’t even hungry. The clock said noon so time to eat. I have developed a habit of coffee with an unmeasured pour after lunch with one square of 85%dark chocolate. Then after dinner I see my husband (also on keto) snacking & I just don’t want to be left out so of course I join him. I have just 5% of work to do to see some more positive results! It’s so frustrating that he eats keto nuts & cheese without consequence & I look at them & gain weight.
I have replaced my morning coffee with the LMNT chocolate drink. I look forward to it every morning and those new flavors look SO good!! I have noticed that my nightly leg cramps have almost completey disappeared since I started drinking LMNT everyday. I start panicking when I get low becasue I don't want to go back to those sleepless nights. So incredibly grateful for this product.

Great Video! Always enjoy your no nonsense approach. I have used several of your programs over the years with good success. I actually like seeing what you have discovered in new products and have tried some of them. LMNT is something I use most everyday right now, I really like chile mango as a stopper, and my fave go to right now is chocolate salted caramel in my morning coffee. 1/4t is good for me. Since following you on TH-cam, I have begun to use LMNT daily for hydration and electrolyte replacement: down 40 pounds, A1C and fasting insulin both now in the normal range!!! I want to try the LMNT after dinner! It sounds so appealing with the chocolate flavors on a cold evening. I did order the other flavors and enjoy them. I really enjoyed this video- just small steps can add up to make a big difference. I had always used cream in my coffee, but now I use grass fed butter and mct oil. I put it in the blender and you would never know it wasn’t cream . It has a beautiful creamy color , and lots of frothy foam- so yummy 😋

My hours have just changed. I get home at 8:30 pm. Having my dinner break earlier than use to , I am having to find new habits, routines, etc to not be hungry and want a second dinner after work. Since I can finally go to sleep by 10 pm, i am finally getting good sleep, but feel so hungry. I am purchasing lmnt to sip on and relax as a new habit before bedtime. Thank you for the idea of a warm cup away from the kitchen, it makes total sense. Which is the exact reason I watch you!

I love the notion of having a warm LMNT chocolate drink in the morning. Since 2019, I have been waiting until noon to have my first meal. I now have been wanting to look forward to having a taste of something in the morning, and I feel that this might help me feel satisfied as I move into your 40 day program that I'm planning to begin on 1/3/24. I am currently in the preparation phase, and I would like to incorporate the use of these packets into my food plan. ❤

After poor weight loss results, I realized that I was one of those people with awful metabolism which required 36+ hour fasting, something I never thought I would have to do much less be able. I am so determined to reverse my prediabetes & BP and be medication free by Spring 2024. My journey started April 2023 on Mounjaro 2.5-5.0 and won't increase because it works for me. Two months ago, I took my LMNT box out of the cabinet and dived into longer fasts. My longest was 62hrs! The IF, eating habits & tips I've applied from your videos have made fasting surprisingly easy. LMNT makes my trips to the gym easier while fasting, I'm 37 lbs. down & plan to exercise more frequently to reach my goal of 30 more lbs. next year. The chocolate sounds good and maybe they are working on Vanilla for coffee?

Ooo sweet, I'd love to try it! I've been wanting to try LMNT but it's not in my tight budget. I'd definitely like to try that hot. I use a number of tricks including being aware of my "mindless habits" and diverting to brushing my teeth, taking a hot bath, or drinking tea when I want to snack for fun instead of nutrition. No matter what, I love your channel Dr. Becky, it's so educational, motivating, and enjoyable to listen to. It's also inspiring to see what your hubby accomplished with the better eating habits you teach about. 💖

I have the LMNT chocolate medley and have tried the chocolate chai in my coffee. I need to find a better way to enjoy this flavor. Perhaps just hot water is the way to go . The fruit flavors are great. Thank you Dr. Becky for another helpful pep talk.

Wow - This was very informative and eye opening. I don't drink coffee in the morning at all...in fact I rarely drink coffee and I'm lactose intolerant, so cream isn't a problem for me. Afternoons, however, I crave sugar. So if I were to try the LMNT drink, I would use it to replace a sweet treat. I'm curious about what they use to sweeten it.

I think I would enjoy these in my keto hot cocoa to add extra flavour and the benefits of the electrolytes 🙌🏼😊 I currently steam 4oz of heavy cream with 4oz of water, whisk in 1tsp of organic raw cacao with 2 tsp of monk fruit, then I would add some of this LMNT choc blend also before frothing it to enjoy as my dessert after dinner ❤

I shaved just a bit off how much I was consuming, and I am already down 3 lbs in 2 weeks. I always have that 8pm craving! I try to make sure I am busy doing something around that time to keep my mind away from the kitchen but that does not always happen! I usually have a cup of plain herbal tea around that time.
