Awesome knives, they actually sent me a stainless one by mistake. I thought I would try out a different steel rather than send it back. Now I have quite a unique knife as they haven't made them in stainless for years.
We have the stainless version in our family summer house in the Archipelago. Has been there as a Sauna knife for about 10 years now. Just hangs by the door, to be used when you want to put the sauna on. I never had my Carbon steel version with me when there, but I always felt I like the stainless version more. Higher blade? Thicker handle? Dunno what.. should take my carbon version with me next time im there and do a comparison. Thanx for watching!
